The time spent in the places is insufficient. And the guide's information is sometimes absurdly confusing, as instead of writing on a board the departure time of a place as "13:40", they thought to write "1:40", which meant we could not know the place that interested us so much and that had especially motivated us to choose this tour.

Regarding the time spent at each location, we actually allocate the longest stop times of any tour company operating this itinerary, and this is the first time we have received feedback suggesting there was confusion about the amount of free time provided. Our schedule is carefully designed to maximize the time guests can spend exploring each destination while still completing the full route comfortably. With respect to the departure time, our guide normally communicates times clearly to all guests. We understand your concern regarding the whiteboard notation and appreciate your comments. However, we have not previously encountered confusion caused by the use of 12-hour versus 24-hour time formats. The departure times are also announced verbally to help ensure everyone is aware of the schedule. We regret that you were unable to spend as much time as you had hoped at the location that was most important to you, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us.
My friend and I had a great time on the tour. Our guide was both entertaining and knowledgeable, which made the experience even more enjoyable. One suggestion I would make is to pack your own lunch and walk over to the Dark Hedges entrance. Our lunch stop was at the Hedges Hotel, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It was served cafeteria-style and cost £20 (€23/$27). If I’m paying that much for lunch, I’d at least like to have a choice of what I eat. I was also disappointed that our tour guide didn’t mention there is a snack shop near the entrance to the Dark Hedges. Had we known, we would have skipped the hotel lunch and grabbed something there instead.

The driver was very informative with the background on all the places we visited. He also communicated very well on what time we needed to be aboard the bus and what we could expect at the places we stopped

The tour guide, Troy, puts his heart and soul into this tour and provides the ultimate example of the craic. Beautiful views. Possibly the only, very slight, disappointment was the giants causeway was smaller than expected!
Mark, our driver, was excellent with a great sense of humour! Perfect balance of telling us about the area and attractions versus leaving us to just enjoy the journey. He also kept the group aware of running to time. A long day but the trip included several attractions.

Fantastic tour with just the right amount of time at all locations. The weather was definitely on our side with gorgeous sunshine but that star of the trip is Stuart. What a brilliant bloke, he drove the bus while keeping up such an engaging commentary and was just so much fun to listen to. We already thought he was excellent but he managed to go up to GOAT level when we got stuck coming home because the police had closed the main road. Stuart must have been so stressed as we had cruise passengers onboard who were basically not going to get back to the ship in time. So he asked everyone if we’d mind detouring to the port, which we duly did. We were late getting back to Belfast centre but for me the view of the ship was worth it and I’m so glad the passengers made their sailing. Stuart was late to his next job but honestly what a legend to go out of his way like that to help. 5 star trip 5 star staff 10/10 recommend.

Stuart was a great tour guide but with the rain and fog, it was difficult to see much of anything. I personally think this excursion would only be worth it on a sunny day.

Unfortunately, rain and fog are completely outside of our control, and the landscapes and viewpoints we visit can look very different depending on the day's weather. Many guests enjoy these destinations in all conditions, and some even feel that the mist and changing weather add to the atmosphere and character of the scenery. While we understand that poor visibility can affect the experience, we feel it is somewhat unfair to judge the quality of the tour itself on factors that neither the guide nor the company can influence. That said, we appreciate your feedback and are glad that Stuart helped make the day enjoyable despite the challenging weather conditions.

This was one of the best tours I've ever done, and it was also the highlight of my entire trip to Ireland. The Antrim Coast is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. The Giants Causeway was so nice to visit and all it really wasn't very crowded. I highly recommend visiting. The lunch was a carvery and it was excellent, and the price was very reasonable, it was only about £20. The guide was excellent, too. I also felt like I had enough time everywhere.
