Dit is vanwege de tijdsfactor geen volledige rondleiding door de fabriek. Er zijn geen extra kosten aan verbonden, maar u mag wel een whisky of zelfs een fles kopen.

Kijk uit voor onze medewerkers in blauwe uniformen met Allens Tours Houd er rekening mee dat u ons eerst de naam van uw schip bij boeking moet verstrekken, zodat wij kunnen controleren of het aankomstproces soepel verloopt.

This was a great alternative to the tour through the cruise ship- much more economical. I believe part of the savings comes from not going through the visitor center at Giant’s Causeway. We did not see the rope bridge, but we did visit all the other stops and were able to get some sandwiches for a late lunch at the Dark Hedges Hotel. I would recommend if you take this tour the first stop was in the city center and there was a Pret and Cafe Nero that you could grab sandwiches from and take out to Giant’s Causeway for lunch. We were back with plenty of time before the ship departed.
The "mini bus" was a bit outdated and seats were not that comfy. However, that didn't bar us from having a great experience. Amazing locations and hassle free tour overall.
Well.. quick 6- hr experience is a good idea effort! …Allen Tours has an obvious reputation at the port for “being late” and they definitely lived up to that! 30 mins late for a very critical timeline for the cruise passengers was a little unnerving! All of the other buses were ready BEFORE the 0830 departure - which was frustrating! Our driver BENN was amazing though! He was entertaining, knowledgeable and got us back to the port with 8 mins to spare! That’s great considering the Belfast traffic, rain, etc! The driveby the mural was ok (rain sucked) but the history lessons were an eye-opener to many passengers who just don’t understand what the value of DIVERSITY means for world peace! The “Dark Hedges” is a joke- row of trees - would have been better to do a Deluce castle driveby, Giant’s causeway for an hour and 1/2 of picture taking and go to The Nook for a quick bite to eat, 45 mins at the Distillery, then do a drive / drop by the Game of Thrones or Titanic museum with the option to taxi back to the port! Again BENN is an excellent driver and knew how to “gauge the group” - very appreciated!

I booked a full day tour and it was cancelled by the operator but I have not been refunded the amount for a full day
We packed a lot into one day. Our guide Ben was very friendly and really funny! You don't have to exchange the voucher for a ticket like the app says. Just go to the bus. Nice day!
Be prepared for rain . It probably could’ve been an hour shorter . We actually asked for the driver to skip and get us back to the ship a little sooner . It is important history moments and beautiful country
Itinerary was as described. Enjoyed. Unlike other tours we have booked with Viator instead of a ‘ticket’ we were sent a voucher with instructions to pick up tickets at Sixt meet and greet at the terminal. This is a car rental agency. Knew nothing about the tour. No one to greet us at pier. We managed to wander over to some buses and found our tour(Allen tours). During our visit to the causeway there was an accident and first responders were called to the scene resulting in the suspension of shuttle service. We were left with several other passengers to climb up to meet our bus. I called the office and the person who answered said the buses could not wait. They had to get us back to the ship. This was at 2:30. Our ship was scheduled to leave at 7:30. We had no recourse but to climb (my husband uses a cane to walk and she was made aware of the situation). She was adamant about the bus not waiting for the passengers. When we boarded the bus the driver didn’t know about the situation ( I heard her speaking to him on the phone). He said he would have waited. Not happy with the way Allen tours handled the whole day from sending us to a car rental place to not making accommodations for its passengers. I have booked many tours with Viator and been pleased but yesterday was very upsetting.
Mark was an excellent driver and tour guide. He arrived on time and gave us ample time at each stop.
