The Michelangelo’s David was great. But the company it self didn’t show to give us the tickets. We waited around for 40 mins thinking we got scammed. It was lucky a local let us call the company as our phone couldn’t make international calls. The person on the phone said “The guy that needed to give you the tickets is sick”. It was so unprofessional as no email or phone call was provided to us until we called and I don’t think he would of ever reached out to us in regards to the tickets. Another tour guide ended up giving us tickets and the actual tour company never showed. I would never book with this company again as not only was it extreme stressful but such a unpleasant experience meanwhile we didn’t get in until 1 hr later.
Dear customer, I’m really sorry and extremely embarrassed for how your experience got through. Unfortunately a member of our staff got sick and he were not able to announce us in time. Once we have received your call we immediately provided your tickets through one of our partners instead of waiting for another member of our staff. I am sorry for such a stress feeling we put on you during your holiday. Hope you enjoyed the David and the rest of your Florence stay. Kind regards John
Skip the line is worth the cost as the regular line wraps around the building. The vendor was easy to contact and locate. I would use them again.
