Beautifully exhibited Monet's lillies series. But that is the only work of Monet. There was another great exhibitions there to see
The incorrect documentation was sent, the museum employee had to try to find another link for us. They finally let inside. The employee told us he was not impressed with this company, they always send the wrong documents.
It's a shame; they charged me through their app, and I couldn't enter or recover my money.
Lovely museum, second time for us. I like it better than Orsay. Soutine is my favorite. Quite a few of his works.
The museum was wonderful!! BUT I PAID to have more than an audio guide and THERE WAS NONE!!!! Will NEVER, I repeat, NEVER EVER EVER book with this company again!!!!!!!
I have tried 4 times to use your company and every event has been cancelled! As a part time travel agent this is extremely embarrassing. I will never use your company again and will warn others of your track record.
I purchased these tickets from Dreamtopia Tours 2 months ago (8-12-25) and they informed me 12 hrs before my date that they were unable to obtain my tickets? I don’t understand how this happens. This was very unprofessional and profoundly impacted my vacation. They promised to refund my money and send me complimentary tickets for a Seine river cruise but those have yet to be delivered as well.
I have not received my tickets and have not been refunded. It is deplorable! I contacted the Customer Service but who could not do anything I am still waiting for the refund

I was not able to access my tickets through the Viator app. The ticket in my wallet didn't work. Fortunately the staff let us in and told us they've had problems with Viator. After entry the chat feature sent a link with the tickets
Horrible experience with Trip Advisor. Although tickets were confirmed and paid for there was a ‘technical issue’ in the third party seller system that prevented our tickets from being issued. We only found this out the day of our visit when we arrived at the venue. No communication from Trip Advisor until we called support. Staff at the museum were very helpful and told us they have significant issues and bad experiences with Trip Advisor. BTW, we had almost this exact issue with Trip Advisor later that same day when we visited the Louvre.
