Met deze tour willen we je niet alleen de meest bewonderde stadspleinen en monumenten van Rome laten zien, maar maken we er ook deel van uit! We hebben plaatsen geïntegreerd die het Rome zullen brengen dat wij Romeinen kennen en waar we van houden, plaatsen waarvan we denken dat ze de meeste energie en kracht hebben, zoals Campo dei Fiori met zijn beroemde kleurrijke markt, de kleine steegjes van het Joodse getto met zijn herbergen, antiek dealers, kleermakers en schoenenmakers. Met andere woorden: 'Een Rome' waarover je in bijna geen enkele gids, documentaire of typische reisgids kunt lezen. Alleen wij Romeinen kennen de ware geheimen en wat maakt het tikkend, ik bedoel, uiteindelijk is het onze stad ... dus wie zou het beter moeten weten!

De prachtige en karakteristieke joodse wijk
Het Pantheon is een voormalige Romeinse tempel, nu een kerk, in Rome, op de plaats van een eerdere tempel in opdracht van Marcus Agrippa tijdens het bewind van Augustus.
Het is gebouwd op de site van het stadion van Domitianus, gebouwd in de 1e eeuw na Christus, en volgt de vorm van de open ruimte van het stadion.
De Spaanse Trappen zijn een reeks trappen in Rome, Italië, die een steile helling beklimmen tussen de Piazza di Spagna aan de basis en Piazza Trinità dei Monti, gedomineerd door de Trinità dei Monti-kerk aan de bovenkant.

Our experience with Achille during our golf cart tour was exceptional. Had we not been in a golf cart and had Achille’s knowledge to organize our day, we never would have had the time to see all that we did. In addition, we learned so much just through his sharing the history of landmarks and some of his personal experiences in Rome. We talked about food, wine and many topics relating to how the Romans lived and learned throughout the years. This was truly a wonderful tour. Kudos to Achille!

Husband and I have been to Rome multiple times. This visit we brought out daughters and grandkids for their first visit. Our guide Eduardo was AMAZING. He showed us sites we hadn’t seen on previous visits. All the “kids” loved him. He took instagram pics for our granddaughter and entertained everyone with Rome’s history. Eduardo truly made it a fantastic and memorable way to see Rome in a short period of time.

Great experience seeing Rome our guide Eduardo was so knowledgeable we learned a lot of Italian history and his knowledge of the city streets was very useful to negotiate the busy main streets to avoid the chaos! We had plenty of time to spend at the sites and eduardo recommended a lunch stop highly recommend this golf buggy trip!

Great way to see Rome. Stopped at several locations to take photos, including the colloseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and many others you don’t know you need to see. Eddie was our guide and was fantastic. He entertained us with great facts and was very accommodating with any requests we had. He even recommended the best lunch place we went to during our Rome vacation.

Had a fantastic time with Eduardo from Tour Rome in a Golf Cart!! We took our time at each of the main venues and were not rushed at all. Had a great lunch at Due Colonne Antica trattoria. Definitely recommend this tour if visiting Roma for the first time!

This was one of our favorite days in Rome. Valerio took us on quite a tour and added a couple things for us that we hadn’t had a chance to see. We saw much more than we could ever have done on foot and we saw some neighborhoods and back streets we never would have discovered in a cab. Highly recommend.

Golf cart is the way to go in 90 degree heat and a lot of ground to cover! Easy on/off the cart, a pleasant breeze as we drive, some shade, somewhere to sit and rest between stops, access to areas that a Van or bus can’t go as well as a local driver escorting you all around. Excellent lunch recommendation too. We really enjoyed it!
