WELKOM BIJ MIJN CHEF'S TAFEL Ik ben Ladislav, jonge, enthousiaste chef-kok die graag anderen blij maakt met eten. Ik werkte in verschillende restaurants met de beste Michelinsterren in Europa en organiseerde een aantal succesvolle pop-up proeverijen in vele landen. Ook heb ik met succes deelgenomen aan tientallen nationale of internationale kookwedstrijden. Gewerkt of opgevoerd in keukens van Oostenrijk, Engeland, Griekenland en Malta. Mijn gasten zijn erg enthousiast over het 10-gangenmenu. Velen van hen aarzelen niet om het niveau te vergelijken met een diner in een restaurant met een Michelinster. Momenteel ben ik een van de best beoordeelde chef-koks die een Airbnb-ervaring voor eten en drinken organiseert in Praag. Mijn gerechten zijn creatief, intrigerend en vol van smaak, gericht op de Midden-Europese keuken. Het is gebaseerd op traditionele ingrediënten, b.v. rijke soorten groenten, champignons, zelfgemaakte kazen en lokaal geproduceerd en geselecteerd vlees.

Everything about the 10 course dinner was outstanding from the pre-arrival communication by the chef to the beautifully and very flavorful and fresh plates served!
This is a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Every course was delightful and amazingly thought out. 15/10 we have to come back and do this again!!

This was a food lovers dream experience. The chef was personable and talented and every course was thoughtful and delicious and unique. All of the spice levels were spot on and each course used elevated ingredients. The dessert was truly artistic and beautiful to see. The chef was also very helpful in obtaining return transportation for us. It's a once in a lifetime experience that I highly recommend.
