From the very beginning, we felt like we were in good hands. The whole organization of the tour was thought out to the detail, and the itinerary we received in advance was followed with total rigor, which gave us a huge sense of confidence and tranquility throughout the whole trip. The communication was always clear, close and careful. We got all the information in time, which made all the difference to get started every day with no worries. Over the course of the experience, we realized the true care in providing special moments. The guide was not only extremely professional, but also attentive and available, making each visit richer and memorable. It was a journey lived with lightness, safety and emotion — exactly what we were looking for. In the end, we are confident that we have chosen a team we can fully trust, and are willing to repeat the experience very soon. Thank you Portugal Travel Center! See you soon :)
Confirmed Itinerary emailed to us wasn't THE SAME as what guide was informed to take us. Our tour was shortened. Do not to trust Itinerary sent. You are only informed of name/contact no. of guide/driver less than 24hrs - leaving you wondering who is coming to take you for the tour or to the airport. Contact numbers given in Itinerary is also not correct. Overall, not a trust worthy tour company

Our internal audit confirmed that the itinerary provided to you was followed as scheduled though the order of the tours can change due to site opening hours or other operational aspects. We do not shorten tours, nor do we provide incorrect contact information; our support lines are verified and active 24/7. The 24-hour notification for guide details is a standard industry practice for logistical accuracy. I had a delightful time on this tour. Each day a different Guide/Driver would collect my cousin and I from our hotel lobby. They were always on time. They were all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their English was very good and we had no problems communicating. I highly recommend The Portugese Travel Centre and in particular Rui who planned our trip for us.

We were unhappy with the tour’s itineraries, they were not the same with the one I have booked. The hotel’s location were great.

Dealing with Portugal Travel center was Easy. They were responsive and took care of all our requests. Everything they said was as it was, and we had an amazing time exploring Northern Portugal for 7 days. Great guides, hotel in Porto meh, but hotels in Douro and Guimaraes were fantastic, best to be had. This agency responded to all of our emails and delivered a product that left us wanting to go back. I recommend Portugal travel center absolutely and will use them again in the future. Beautiful tour!

Daniella and Andreia, from Portugal Travel organized a great week of sightseeing for us in Portugal. This is a fantastic and “ unforgettable experience” worth every cent of its cost. Having been delayed 5 times and 2 years due to COVID-19 this holiday was most enjoyable. Great crew, great accommodation on “Scenic Azure”, exceptional food and first class side trips off the ship. Highlights of these side trips was Salamander in Spain at the eastern end of the river sailing and the Coa Valley Museum recording 40K years of rock art paintings around the world but particularly in Portugal. Very professional organisation and highly recommended.

We had an absolutely amazing time visiting Porto and the Douro Valley and couldn't wait to recommend it to our friends and family! Everything was arranged and taken care of for us from start to visit, which made the visit extra special and relaxing. All we had to do was show up, sip wine, and take it all in! We added this portion of our trip on a last-minute whim and were so, so glad we did. Highly recommended!

Pedro planned an incredible tour catered to the things that were most important to my mom and I. We ate dinner at a Michelin-starred restaurant, cruised on the Douro River (where we drank small-batch port wine only available through that company), and spent two nights at Six Senses in total luxury-- it's a destination in and of itself. The transfers went seamlessly, and it was so nice being able to just relax and know it was planned and taken care of in advance.
We took a private tour to Douro Valley. The tour also included a launch in a Gourmet restaurant. Perfect tour. Highly recommended.
