De gratis rondleiding vindt plaats op een andere dag van aankomst. Reserveren 2 dagen van tevoren is verplicht en is onder voorbehoud van beschikbaarheid. We arrived at the airport ready for our transfer at 5:15 pm, waited on busy for 1 hour waiting for a group of 17 people that didn’t show up! Dropped off one group at the splash resort and we should have been next as we were the only ones on the bullet! Driver took us to the wrong resort, turned around and we spent another 25 minutes on the bus to go to our resort! Never again will we use a shared transfer! Lesson learned! 2 1/2 hours later we arrived at our resort! On the way back to the airport we took a taxi for $110 as there were 4 of us and all of our luggage and we were there in 35 minutes and awesome driver! We didn’t even check into our return nexus transfer!

Waited longer than necessary until we eventually paid an additional $20 for a private shuttle. Hopefully it will be better organized on Friday when they pick us up to return to the airport.
The shuttle was nice and clean and everyone was very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommend using Victor for booking shuttle and excursions. I look forward to doing business with the again.

0/10 do not recommend. So the shared ride does not have anyone with your name waiting for you. It’s completely maddening!!! They text all your flight info and confirm pick up time. Just for them to not be there. Then they say it’s 45-60 minutes wait! And that it is advertised it is not. As a solo traveler this by far is the worse experience to date!!!! Will not ever use this service again. I rather pay the taxi
They will leave you stranded. I should have listened to the reviews. The driver reached out to me first. Then when i arrived after confirming my new flight. They tried to get me to pay again. Now im stranded looking crazy.
