Very good experience, upon arrival of our flight we expected a person to welcome us and we had to wait more than 2 hours for the.departure of our trip. We were alone on the trip and treated very kindly
We had transportation from Paraty to Sao Paulo. Upon arrival, the driver pulled my suitcase out from under the couch somewhat rudely. Result, suitcase damaged beyond repair. Because the driver only speaks Portuguese, Paraty Tours apped. You won't get a single fraction of a confession there, let alone a fee! For us NEVER again Paraty Tours!

The luggage already showed significant signs of wear and several previous damages, as can be clearly seen in the image attached. Comfortable minibus transfer. Pleasant drivers. Did a return trip. Both took 5 hours. Only negative is that the transfer company fully confirm only the day before

The trip was amazing. Everything that is done by this company paraty tours is incredible. They are so honest. I realized I left my beats headphones on my drivers car and wasn’t sure. 5 days later I send them a message realizing I forgot and to check with the driver. They had it and had it sent by a driver to my Airbnb. Words can’t express how I feel! You guys are amazing and so honest. Highly recommend this tour with them. I also did the boat tour, and the bike rental. It is all a must!!!!!

I was expected with a sign on arrival of my flight, then driver who knows the slightest donkey back, fast and safe transfer. I recommend 100%
