Onze dagelijkse shuttles bieden een veilige, gemakkelijke en voordelige manier om te reizen tussen de meest populaire bestemmingen in Costa Rica. De pendeldienst is een gedeelde vervoersoptie in een minibus (of achtbaan) met airconditioning tussen populaire bestemmingen. Pendelroutes rijden dagelijks en in sommige gevallen zijn er meerdere vertrektijden gedurende de dag. Shuttles zijn echter geenszins een openbare bus. Alle voertuigen die worden gebruikt voor shuttlevervoer zijn goed onderhouden minibussen met airconditioning, bestuurd door betrouwbare en stipte tweetalige Costa Ricaanse professionals, die u graag helpen om veilig door het land te reizen. Ophaallocaties en -tijden
• Alleen ophaalservice vanaf Monteverde/Santa Elena. We halen je op bij het hotel, je privéwoning of een herkenbaar herkenningspunt om deze geweldige expeditie te starten. • Afzetten bij hotel alleen in San Jose/Alajuela. We zetten u af bij de luchthaven, het hotel, uw privéwoning of een herkenbaar herkenningspunt. • De ophaaltijd is afhankelijk van de ophaallocatie. Geef de ophaallocatie op, zodat we u een geschatte ophaaltijd kunnen geven. • De ophaaltijd kan zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving variëren, afhankelijk van het wegverkeer en andere ophaalservices. • Wees alsjeblieft 15 minuten voor de bevestigde ophaaltijd klaar. • De chauffeur wacht maximaal 10 minuten op de ophaallocatie voor een passagier die met gedeelde shuttles reist. Als de passagier geen 10 minuten na de ophaaltijd laat zien, wordt deze als No Show beschouwd en wordt 100% van de service in rekening gebracht.

- Alle gedeelde shuttles hebben een ruststop van 10 minuten waar passagiers zich kunnen uitstrekken, gebruik kunnen maken van de faciliteiten en een snack kunnen krijgen. Deze halte kan een verbindingsstop zijn of kan een verandering van voertuig inhouden, afhankelijk van de route.

- De ophaaltijd kan zonder voorafgaande kennisgeving variëren, afhankelijk van het wegverkeer en andere ophaalservices.
- De chauffeur wacht maximaal 10 minuten op de ophaallocatie voor een passagier die met gedeelde shuttles reist. Als de passagier geen 10 minuten na de ophaaltijd laat zien, wordt deze als No Show beschouwd en wordt 100% van de service in rekening gebracht.
- Gedeelde ochtendshuttles worden uitgevoerd met minimaal 2 passagiers. Als u slechts 1 passagier bent, kunt u nog steeds de beschikbaarheid controleren, aangezien het mogelijk is dat we meer passagiers op dezelfde datum/tijd hebben en uw reservering dus op de dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare tijd/datum kunnen plaatsen.
- In de middag worden gedeelde shuttles gebruikt met minimaal 4 passagiers. Als u minder passagiers heeft, kunt u nog steeds de beschikbaarheid controleren, aangezien het mogelijk is dat we meer passagiers op dezelfde datum/tijd hebben en uw reservering dus op de dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare tijd/datum kunnen plaatsen.
- Geef ons de vertrektijd en de exacte naam van de ophaal- en afleverlocaties (luchthaven, hotel, privéwoning of identificeerbaar herkenningspunt in Costa Rica). Anders kunnen we de boeking pas volledig bevestigen als we al deze informatie hebben.

Evan was an amazing driver on our private transfer from MonteVerde to San Jose (2 couples). We experienced lots of weather and traffic and he handled it flawlessly. We highly recommend Faro Travel Costa Rica for your driver needs!
On time . Nice vehicle. Nice people. The transportation was set up for us by a travel agent. All was smooth. I recommend this company.
Communicated the pick up time, was very friendly and drove very safe. Stopped at a rest area for a break halfway through.
Arrived on time, drove safely and brought us to our destination all in one piece!! Nice van and very clean too.
They canceled on us the afternoon before we were supposed to be getting picked up at 8:00am. We had to figure out another transportation very last minute. We did receive a refund. We were never told why they canceled on us, but I believe they accidentally overbooked their shuttle ride.
The driver was not only on time but early, which was important to me because with a different transfer company getting to our destination from the airport, when we first arrived to costa rica, they were forty five minutes late. The ride was great; efficient clean, comfortable, new vehicle, even free wifi though it doesn't work, won't you leave town. I would recommend.
The cost of the transportation was well worth it. The shuttle is clean and spacious. The ride was actually smoother than expected, given the hilly terrain with alot of curvy roads at the start of the trip. The driver was very professional and gracious. My friend was car sick at some point, and he helped her through the trip by slowing down the driving and have her sit on the front. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Be careful as they will come earlier than stated and drop you at an unconfirmed location. The actual drive was great but the pickup time in my email was 1 and they arrived at 12:30. Thank goodness I was at the location! The drive was about 4 hours but then he said he was dropping me at a hotel. One that I wasn’t staying at. When I insisted the mall as originally booked, he wouldn’t take me to the agreed upon and confirmed location. He put me out on the wrong side and then said I wouldn’t hang around here …it’s not safe!!! I was pissed. He could have driven me on the backside of the mall- the location that was input and confirmed. But he would not. Little shady to me but I made it!

Therefore, we encourage our customers to book Private Transportation instead, if they would like to choose their pickup time and drop-off locations at their best convenience. Regarding your drop-off location, we always strive to accommodate our customers' preferences, but it is essential to provide us with the drop-off location in advance (hotel or identifiable landmark) to check if we can do drop-offs there (which you didn't do). Otherwise, telling the driver last minute may not assure us that we can provide pickup and drop-off service, and it will depend on availability.
