Beschrijving
Een ochtend kookles om de geheimen van de traditionele Ligurische gerechten en zelfgemaakte pasta te ontdekken. Tijdens de les legt de chef uit en toont de bereiding van een gerecht met pasta en een hoofdgerecht van de lokale keuken. U ontvangt de recepten en instructies. De lunch is inbegrepen bij een proeverij van de bereide gerechten met Ligurische wijn.

My husband and I had a fabulous time! Cristiano was very knowledgeable and made our experience very fun and educational. The food was delicious and the recipes provided will allow us to recreate the dishes at home.
A great experience that combines easy to understand cooking skills with the history of the region. Our culinary leader and owner provided a friendly and engaging atmosphere for the class. The best part was eating your creation at the end in their beautiful restaurant.

'Channeling' my grandmother who was from Ognio, and sharing cooking stories with my granddaughter was wonderful. The education the regarding the ingredients and making of pesto was excellent. Our chef was knowledgeable and we enjoyed all he shared about basil and the ingredients, where the best are sourced, etc. The prep of the pasta and vegetables, the complete use of all parts of the vegetables was informative. And the eating was Awesome! Thank you for an enjoyable time.
