Ben was a wonderful guide who was very informative. He communicated well prior to the tour and was punctual. He also assisted with restaurant suggestions. I highly recommend this tour for a history lesson of San Diego. David C

Really enjoyed wandering through Gaslamp and Little Italy via the waterfront with Ben - a great intro to SD neighborhoods. The tour has interesting facts and covers a lot with some fun dad jokes thrown in. Ben is super friendly and provided extra suggestions for my stay. Can also recommend the North Park tour!
We enjoyed our tour with Ben. He provided us with history and background that we would not otherwise have been aware of. Ben took the time to give us some further recommendations for our visit which we appreciate. We will consider doing some of his other tours in the future.

Ben is an excellent guide. He's knowledgeable and enthusiastic and engaged WITH us rather than simply talking AT us. He pointed out lots of things that we'd have missed under our own steam and we learnt so much about San Diego. Ben has a very nice manner and the time whizzed by. We were so impressed with him on this tour that we booked his North Park tour a couple of days later which we'd also highly recommend.

This history walking tour is an amazing and unique experience to experience the rich culture of San Diego. Ben, our guide, is fantastic and full of knowledge that we were to fully appreciate this experience. It was my first time visiting San Diego and after the experience I felt I had a great grasp of the city. I was so pleased with Ben that I ended up doing a street art tour and a vegan food tour of the North Park neighborhood. Ben is a great guide and his tour are a must do when visiting San Diego.
