Una excursión absolutamente inolvidable con “Excursiones Fujiyama”. Desde el primer momento, queremos destacar la puntualidad, la excelente organización y la comodidad del transporte durante todo el recorrido. Nuestro guía, Ken, fue excepcional: muy amable, profesional y siempre atento. Sus explicaciones fueron oportunas y claras, aportando información muy interesante sin hacer el recorrido pesado. El itinerario fue fantástico, recorriendo los diferentes lagos que rodean el monte Fuji, disfrutando de paisajes espectaculares y terminando el recorrido con las preciosas cascadas de Shiraito. Además, tuvimos la oportunidad de probar comida típica japonesa, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera todavía más completa. Un aspecto que queremos destacar especialmente es que son nueve horas de excursión muy bien aprovechadas, prácticamente sin parar, pero disfrutando en todo momento de cada lugar y de cada experiencia. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the punctuality, excellent organization, and comfort of the transportation throughout the entire tour. Our guide, Ken, was exceptional: very friendly, professional, and always attentive. His explanations were clear, and perfectly timed, providing interesting information without ever making the tour feel overwhelming. The itinerary was fantastic, taking us around the different lakes surrounding Mount Fuji, with spectacular landscapes along the way and the beautiful waterfalls of Shiraito at the end of the tour. We also had the opportunity to taste traditional Japanese food, which made the experience even more complete. One of the highlights was the fact that it is a nine-hour tour, very well organized and packed with experiences, with hardly any downtime. Despite the busy schedule, we enjoyed every stop and every moment. A huge thank you to Ken and Fujiyama Excursions for their professionalism, kindness, and outstanding service. Ken made us have one of the best days of our trip to Japan. Each of the tour stops has its magic, its charm, and its reason for being. We learned a lot in a relaxed, but also very meaningful way. Ken explained to us not only each point of the route, but also many aspects of Japanese culture that, otherwise, we could not have known. He clarified many things that "influencers" portray incorrectly about Japanese culture, and that made our experience much more authentic and enriching. More than a simple tour, it was an opportunity to understand Japan from a deeper and more human perspective. Without a doubt, this tour is a must for any visitor to Japan.

Great guide. We visited different points and finally we were able to see Mount Fuji.
I highly recommend the tour 'One Day Trip to Mount Fuji.' Although the name is general, since the main focus is Mount Fuji, it is important to know that it is difficult to see it completely, as there are only a few clear days. Even so, the stops were made at the right moments, and the experience was very enriching. Our guide was incredible: very kind, attentive, and explained details at all times, which made getting to know Japan much more special. If you do not know Japan, it is an ideal option.

We took the tour to Mt. Fuji, we contacted them through Instagram and there was always good communication to coordinate the tour, they help with information on how to get to the meeting point, and they resolve any questions you may have, even if they are not related to the tour, with very friendly service. An experience I highly recommend.
