Ga op een onvergetelijke dagtrip naar de bruisende Spaanse stad Sevilla, waar geschiedenis, cultuur en schoonheid samenkomen. Vanuit de Algarve reis je naar Sevilla waar een deskundige gids je kennis laat maken met de meest iconische bezienswaardigheden van de stad. Ontdek belangrijke bezienswaardigheden zoals het Real Alcázar Paleis, de kathedraal van Sevilla, het Maria Luisa Park en het prachtige Plaza de España. Wandel door de charmante wijk Santa Cruz en geniet van de rijke geschiedenis en unieke sfeer. Na de rondleiding geniet u van drie uur vrije tijd om Sevilla in uw eigen tempo te verkennen, of het nu gaat om winkelen, lokale tapas proeven of gewoon ontspannen en de levendige ambiance van de stad in u opnemen. Plaza de España ligt te midden van de uitgebreide tuinen in Moorse stijl van het park en is gebouwd in een klassieke Renaissance Revival-stijl, en is nu de thuisbasis van verschillende belangrijke overheidsgebouwen. De semi-elliptische vloer is omgeven door een estuarium dat het binnenplein scheidt door een marmeren trapleuning. Vier betegelde bakstenen bruggen, die verschillende regio's van Spanje vertegenwoordigen, bieden toegang over het estuarium.
“Bairro de Santa Cruz” de beroemde Joodse wijk gelegen in het centrum van de stad, omringd door mooie en grote huizen, paleizen en witte achtertuinen ruiken naar bloemen. Dwaal rond in Santa Cruz en bewonder het cluster van witgekalkte huizen en levendige tapasbars die uitlopen op de straten.

De kathedraal en het “Alcazar” Paleis – oorspronkelijk een Moors fort en ooit de koninklijke familie residentie. Dit paleis is een van de best overgebleven voorbeelden van “Mudéjar” architectuur, een stijl onder christelijke heerschappij in Spanje met islamitische architectonische invloed. Wandel rond de buitenkant van Real Alcazar Palace, de thuisbasis van koning Juan Carlos, en bewonder het scala aan architectonische stijlen die variëren van Moors tot Neoklassiek. De entree is niet inbegrepen en wees voorzichtig met de tijd als je besloot om al je vrije tijd in Sevilla (3 uur) te gebruiken om het paleis te bezoeken.

Highly recommend this tour, Dominique and Constantine were wonderful, informative, friendly and approachable! Seville is a beautiful city! The trip to Seville was only a few hours, but important to note that additional time on the bus is spent picking up Others in different towns, so that adds to the travel time and takes away from the time in Seville! Although these pickups and drop offs were done quite effectively!

This well-organized tour of Seville was a long drive, with stops to pick up and drop off guests from their hotels. However, it was entirely worth it. Our knowledgeable tour guide, Dominique, took her time explaining everything about the tour, including the attractions in Seville. We switched drivers a few times, but all were professional and ensured our safety. We made one stop each way for bathroom breaks and/or dining. Upon arrival in Seville, we had about 4.5 hours of free time to explore at our own pace. We had already purchased tickets to the Cathedral and Real Alcázar, so we headed straight to those attractions. We also visited Plaza España and enjoyed some Spanish tapas. Some guests opted for a boat tour to see the city. Overall, it was a very enjoyable tour, and we’re glad we booked it with this company.

Loved Seville! Would love to go back there! Would have rated 5 stars, but didn’t like how the bus ride home, everyone was dropped off at their individual hotels! Where as in the morning, there were several people at each pick up spot! Also our tour guide really pushed the one hour boat ride, which I don’t recommend! Your time is better spent exploring this beautiful city!

This means that several guests may share the same drop-off location, just as at the start of the tour. You are free to use your free time in Seville in the way that best suits you, and we fully understand that some guests prefer to explore the city on foot. The trip was good but I felt Ana our tour guide was pushing us more to do the boat ride and visit the garden . She was discouraging us to do the castle and the cathedral, which were actually the highlight of the trip. The boat ride is pretty mediocre, I would have felt very disappointed if I didn’t visit the cathedral or do the whole old town square by myself using a horse carriage.
