We verlaten Muscat onderweg, we maken een korte fotostop naar het dorpje Fanja, voordat we onze reis voortzetten naar Wadi Bani Khalid. Dit is een van de grootste en mooiste wadi's waar Oman bekend om staat. De wadi-canyon is indrukwekkend met zijn verbazingwekkende steile wanden en adembenemende kristalheldere waterzwembaden het is geweldig om alleen naar te kijken kunt u ook genieten van een duik in het ontspannende koele zoetwaterzwembad of gewoon zonnebaden u kunt er ook lunchen in het lokale Omani restaurant. In de middag gaan we naar de beroemde Wahiba Sands Desert, waar je off-road rijdt en uitgestrekte stukken puur zand en eindeloze torenhoge zandduinen ziet. Hier zul je het echte gevoel en de magie van de Omaanse woestijn waarderen en ervaren. We hebben de kans om een traditioneel bedoeïenenhuis te bezoeken waar we Omaanse koffie en dadels kunnen proberen. Je kunt ook op kameel rijden en naar de duinen rijden en veel foto's maken. nadat we terug zijn gereden naar Muscat.

Amazing, we saw wadi and the desert and even rain in desert.
The trip was great, from riding ATVs across the desert to riding Camels in the sunset but what was even better was the guide his name is Khalid. He picked us up from our home and patiently waited he brought tea and food for the drive and he was so friendly, he really cared about you enjoying your trip not just taking you around he was so fun and funny and made sure everybody around him had fun.

Excellent experience. We enjoyed our full day tour to Wadi Bani Khalid where we took a swim in the natural waters (crystal clear waters). But the best part of the day was sunset at Wahiba Sands. our tour guide Mr Ahmed took us to the best places for sunset view and made the experience unforgettable. My son saw the desert for the first time and his happiness made my day. this place is not at all crowded so you can have your serene moments of calm with nothing else but nature. Ahmed was an excellent tour guide throughout the Oman trip - very humble, punctual and professional as well as had full knowledge. Our overall experience for entire Oman vacation with Sunshine tours and MR Ahmed was wonderful.

My family and I booked a private tour. Fauzi, a tour guide and driver, was very friendly and had a good time talking to us and playing music on the way. They also took care of the toilet breaks, so I could enjoy the tour with peace of mind. Both the oasis and the desert were great, and I really enjoyed them because they told me the best spots and ways to spend time. On the way back, they gave me the opportunity to taste camel meat, which was a very valuable experience. I was also very good at driving and was relieved. I would love to see you again.
