Petra, de Roze-Rode Stad, was de indrukwekkende hoofdstad van het Nabateese koninkrijk waarvan de ruïnes voor het grootste deel van de wereld verborgen bleven totdat de Zwitserse ontdekkingsreiziger JL Burckhardt, vermomd als een Arabische geleerde, de stad in 1812 infiltreerde. Het is een UNESCO Werelderfgoedlocatie en een van de Nieuwe Zeven Wereldwonderen. Ontmoet uw privégids op de locatie en wandel of rijd te paard naar de ingang van de Siq, een lange, kronkelende zandstenen kloof die naar de Schatkamer leidt. De tour gaat verder naar de Straat van de Gevels, het Romeinse Theater en de Koninklijke Tombes. Houd er rekening mee dat de reistijd 3 uur is van Amman naar Petra en nog eens 3 uur terug.

The worst tour provider. We booked and asked them if they can pick us up in Dead Sea and drop off at Wadi Rum days before our trip and they said it can be arranged with additional at 50$ and we agreed to pay. And 2 days before our trip, I texted them again if it’s confirmed and they said “yes, your booking is confirmed” I sent them locations where to pick up and drop off, I’m not sure if they even read it cos they always replied “yes” yes yes to everything. And a day before our trip which passed cancellation date, I confirm with them again if everything is confirmed. But turned out they don’t even remember what I asked and said “your tour not included pick up at Dead Sea and drop off in Wadi Rum” I asked for a refund but they denied. I said I can’t go with them if they can’t pick me up at Dead Sea but they already charged me 200$ and I asked for refund but denied again, offered me options I can’t do. Don’t use this tour. So bad!! Worst birthday trip ever!!! Even the Viator operator refused to help me!
Now based on your story seems you are the victim, but from our sides, you try to take advantage of our company, when we approved the pick up from Dead Sea, you didn't say anything regarding drop off to Wadi Rum, and before one day of the tour, you asked to dropped off to Wadi Rum and said it's included in the tour, witch is not right, because the tour name is so clear, (Petra tour, not Petra and Wadi Rum), and you kept saying you booked Petra and Wadi Rum tour, then you start threating our team and also send that you will inform your credit card company that it's a fraud, then you also sent you will add multiple bad reviews and kept threating in multiple ways witch didn't left us anything to do. Now trying to scam a travel agency by this way and sending threating emails, was not a good idea, because our legal team have a copy of all that and they will take legal action specially when it's threating our agency and employee safety
Prompt pickup at our hotel in Amman. Car was clean and Driver hospitable. Travel company arrange for a guide at Petra, which I feel is a must. He was able to explain many more key points not mentioned in brochure give at entrance
I had a once in a lifetime experience with my guide and driver! I felt extremely safe as a solo female traveler throughout the whole experience. I was picked up promptly at my hotel in the morning and enjoyed a nice ride with Ramzi while I slept on and off. At Petra my guide, Mamoun, was so knowledgeable about every detail of the city. I was blown away by how much he connected everything together through our journey that I didn’t even realize we had been walking for hours. I would like to add that there was absolutely zero hassle with gift shops and being coerced into buying things as it had happened to me before with other tour company.
Long drive to and from Petra was smooth and allowed catch up nap and appreciation of vast desert. Petra was awesome and explanations. Highly recommend the experience
We had a wonderful time. driver Faris was on time at hotel and drove us in nice and new car to Petra where we meet our Guide Hani was very courteous and knowledgeable. Hani spoke great English and explained everything in detail. Best experience. I would recommend this without hesitation. Very polite and above expectation. Please try this you will not regret.
Petra tour was so great, our guide Osama showed us Petra in amazing way, even he helped us to take great pic Elite took care of everything at this one and provided us also with a great driver make our day, so thank you Jasem for the great time
