Guide was very knowledgeable and attentive. Driver was courteous and polite. Vienna walking part of tour was interesting and historic
My husband and I really wanted to see Vienna during our 5-day holiday in Hungary. Luckily, we found Cityrama's brochure in a great little cafe near our hotel in the historic district. That evening we called their office and spoke to a nice gentleman who answered all our questions about the tour. Our driver guide picked us up promptly the next morning at the Hilton Hotel. He was very pleasant, well spoken, and knowledgeable throughout the tour. Trip to and from Vienna was wonderful from pick up to drop off! Only downside being that we couldn't stay longer. If, like us, you really want to visit Vienna but are unable to stay overnight due to a tight schedule, then we highly recommend this full day private tour. It was a rather long day but totally worth it. We had such a great time, we booked a City tour for the following day. My husband loved Budapest so much, that we've already started talking about coming back either during the summer or autumn of 2024. We will definitely keep Cityrama in mind.
