In deze ervaring nodig ik u uit om te genieten van mijn passies: zeilen, de zee en het strand. Dit strand ligt onder de hoogste kustbergen ter wereld, waar gesmolten sneeuw direct in de Caribische Zee stroomt. Tayrona National Natural Park ligt in de uitlopers van de Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in de Caribische regio van Colombia. Op slechts 34 km van het stedelijk centrum van Santa Marta is het een van de belangrijkste natuurparken van Colombia. Het is de thuisbasis van een groot aantal soorten, verspreid over verschillende ecosystemen met verschillende thermische niveaus. Ik nodig je uit om contact te maken met de lokale bevolking, te delen met de kustbewoners, de vangst van de dag te proeven, meer te weten te komen over hun cultuur en, belangrijker nog, plezier te hebben! We ontmoeten elkaar om 9:00 uur in de Santa Marta International Marina. Om 9:30 uur varen we richting onze bestemming. Zodra we Santa Marta Bay verlaten, rijden we Taganga Bay binnen, een vissersdorp waar het toerisme zich heeft vermengd met het lokale leven. We vervolgen onze reis naar Tayrona National Park, langs Granate Bay, waar u traditionele ambachtelijke visserij kunt observeren en duikscholen in actie kunt zien. We varen langs Aguja Island en Playa Brava, richting onze eindbestemming: Bahía Concha. Hier kunt u zwemmen, peddelen, snorkelen of gewoon ontspannen en genieten van de prachtige omgeving. Voor de lunch zullen we genieten van een ongelooflijke verse vismaaltijd (Ceviche). Vegetarische opties zijn beschikbaar. Om 15.30 uur beginnen we aan onze terugkeer naar de jachthaven – deze keer zeilen we met de wind mee. We arriveren rond 17:00 uur, net op tijd om te genieten van een adembenemende zonsondergang, te luisteren naar geweldige lokale muziek en uw bezoek met ons te vieren! Laat het me weten als je aanpassingen nodig hebt!
Tayrona National Natural Park ligt in de uitlopers van de Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, in de Caribische regio van Colombia. Slechts 34 km van het stedelijk centrum van Santa Marta, het is een van de belangrijkste natuurparken in het land. Het park herbergt een groot aantal soorten, verdeeld over diverse ecosystemen met verschillende thermische niveaus, variërend van zeeniveau tot hoogtes van 900 meter.
Vervolgens varen we naar Bahía Concha of Gayraca. Onze mede-avonturiers kunnen kiezen tussen zwemmen, wandelen langs het strand, snorkelen, paddleboarden of gewoon zonnebaden op de boot. Bahía Concha is de grootste baai van het park. Met zacht zand en kristalhelder blauw water is het de perfecte plek om te genieten van een ontspannen stranddag.
Bij terugkomst in Santa Marta wachten we in Santa Marta Bay tot 17:00 uur om de zonsondergang te bekijken, waar de stad erg bekend om staat. Volgens de lokale bevolking (Samarios) is het de mooiste baai ter wereld.

My friends & I booked this excursion and we're super excited. The day of they told us, something was wrong with the catamaran & we would need to go on a sailboat instead. My fiancé who has bad motion sickness is typically fine on cararmans. They told us they would refund us the difference in price since the catamaran was more. They never issued the refund. We gave it about a week and half then reached out to them, and it has been radio silence from them. The next step is to just show the proof to trip advisor. The trip itself was fine. The route was super rocky on the boat. At times we were completely tilting the entire boat from side to side practically. Oh it also started 2 hours later than when our catamaren. Instead of starting at 9am they told us to come at 11 and we left at 11:30. So not the 8 hours that was advertised. The crew was nice. The beach is wonderful. Hate giving bad reviews especially for a small business in another country. Just not happy with the lack of response & responsibility of this company.

The catamaran did suffer a mechanical issue that day, and in order for you not to lose your day, we offered the sailboat as an alternative. We also committed to refunding the price difference, and I fully acknowledge that this refund was not processed on time. That was our mistake. We are currently in high season and the workdays have been extremely demanding, but that is not an excuse for the lack of response. As soon as I saw your review, I immediately processed the refund. Please confirm once you receive it. We are sorry the change of boat, later departure, and sea conditions affected your experience. An incredible experience, the entire tour is of good quality. I believe they can improve the quality of the lunch, it is very basic.
We booked our tour on TripAdvisor, we hear nothing from these guys. Ok, contact them on WhatsApp to make sure everything is confirmed, the guy is asking me "what boat did you book " I sent him a picture of the boat... He says "What day?" I send him the day.... Then he sends me a cut and paste message of pricing options..... Ummmm ok..... So I find a different number. This person tells me that the boat we booked is not in service. Thanks for letting me know? I had to chase these guys down to find this information... Thank god I didnt rely on this company and the ticketing, because we would have ruined an entire day of our vacation waiting on them to cancel our plans last minute. (after further research, this has happened to several other people as well).

Good service, very pleasant catamaran experience. Recommended if you want a quiet plan. On time, the ceviche is delicious and snorkles. The beach you're going to isn't the most beautiful but it's fine

Misleading trip description....it was a one stop trip to a beach where you stayed for 5 hours, whilst we were expecting a tour around the park and maybe dropping anchor a few times for a snorkel and swim. The service was disappointing too . .Just a couple of paper cups of soft drinks on the boat and with lunch.

This was a wonderful day trip to enjoy an outstanding beach surrounded by majestic mountain scenery. The crew were super friendly and supported us really well, though it was an all Spanish-speaking crew on our sailing, so it helped a lot that my wife and I speak Spanish and could also help make sure that the other passengers fully understood. The trip to and from the bay was stunningly beautiful and we were very comfortable on the catamaran even though it was quite windy in the morning. The fresh fish for lunch was fantastic, and it was very neat to see the crew catching the fish for us as we cruised along. We ate on the beach rather than on the boat, so don't forget to bring your sunscreen to shore (or ask the crew to bring it when they go back and forth). The beach wasn't crowded and the vendors were walking around but not pushy or any negative behavior. We had an amazing day and this catamaran cruise was a great way to experience a little bit of Tayrona National Park from the sea.
