Be careful when booking with this company. I booked the English tour with included dinner and got a fully Spanish tour without dinner. When I complained I got no explanation and only a partial refund of 23 dollars, which is basically just the price difference to the Spanish tour. I obviously didn't understand a single word during the whole tour and had problems communicating about time schedules and pickup times with the drivers. The whole experience was unpleasant. Would not recommend this company.
This is an interesting trip on a small launch through the canyon. We saw spider monkeys, pelicans, and a crocodile. Chiapa de Corzo is a nice tourist town with good restaurants. If you have a car, skip the tour and drive to Chiapa de Corazo. The boat tours are Mx 275 from the river front.
The pickup is late, the van is not sanitized, you will spend over 3 hours driving in an unsafe van just to arrive at the destination, without seat belts, no guide, no stop to bathrooms, the van is full, people will have to travel beside the driver, squeezed, THERE’s No dinner buffed included, NO COVID precocious, the actual tour is around 3hours, the other 6 is driving with non qualified drivers. DO NOT book a trip here, wait until you get to the city to find a better option. Here they charge 8 times, YES, 8 times more than the actual price of the tour.
