De reistijd is inclusief een reis Gids en kaart met retour vervoer. Cruise naar Key West in een luxe touringcar of personenbus. We gebruiken een personenbus voor kleinere groepen tussen 5 - 9 personen en gebruiken een autocar voor groepen boven de 20 personen. Er zullen een of twee rustpauzes zijn tijdens uw rit. Aankomsttijd is tussen 12.00 - 13.00 uur en u heeft 6 uur vrije tijd! Om 19.00 uur vertrekt de bus of het busje uit Key West en rijdt terug naar Fort Lauderdale met een tussenstop of twee ertussen. De starttijd van de tour begint om 8:30 uur zodra alle passagiers in het busje of busje zijn gestapt.

We zien en leren over Key Largo terwijl we naar Key West rijden. Key Largo is de eerste van de bovenste Florida Keys. Het is het grootste deel van de Keys en ligt 180 kilometer van Key West. Het is de thuisbasis van het Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Centre, geweldige duiklocaties en prachtige natuur.
We zien en leren over Islamorada terwijl we naar Key West rijden. Het dorp Islamorada is 11 km lang. Er zijn musea, kunstgalerijen, leuke jachthavens, geweldige geschiedenis, prachtige mangroven, geweldige vislocaties en meer. We bezoeken het Islamorada Chamber of Commerce & Visitors Centre op 87100 Overseas Hwy, Islamorada, FL 33036 tijdens onze reis naar Key West.
We zien en leren over Marathon terwijl we naar Key West rijden. Marathon bestaat uit 13 eilanden in het midden van de Florida Keys. Het ligt 80 km ten noordoosten van Key West en 80 km ten zuidwesten van Key Largo. De 7 mijl lange brug bevindt zich aan het einde van Marathon en begint bij Knights Key en eindigt bij Little Duck Key. De brug verbindt de middelste toetsen met de lagere toetsen.
We reizen over de wereldberoemde Overseas Highway naar bestemming Key West. Leer meer over de geschiedenis van Florida en de verschillende Florida Keys. Ervaar de prachtige natuur en dieren in het wild die de Florida Keys te bieden heeft. De tour is een prachtig uitje voor iedereen. Je hebt 6 uur vrije tijd in Key West. Bekijk de oude binnenstad met 200 jaar geschiedenis. Bezoek heilige plaatsen zoals kerken en de beroemde begraafplaats van Key West. Koop een souvenir of kunstwerk in de vele winkels en galerieën. Berijd de Duval Loop, een gratis busrit met 16 haltes rondom Key West. Bezoek levendige bars en restaurants en luister naar livemuziek. In oktober is er Fantasy Festival en in november is er Key West Offshore Boat Racing. Ervaar de Sunset Celebration waar de zonsondergangen iconisch zijn! Een genot voor fotografen.

This was a wonderful tour! Our driver & tour guide Jason was phenomenal. The vehicle was on time, comfortable, and we had plenty of room to stretch out. We made two comfort stops both on the way to and from Key West. Jason kept us entertained, engaged, and informed all the way down and back. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour.

My husband and I did the Islamorada Keys tour and Loved it!! We were in a comfortable, clean van with several other people and a excellent driver and tour guide “Jason” who was a excellent tour guide and so very knowledgeable in all areas of the Keys and surrounding area! From the warm and friendly greeting from Jason as we boarded the van, we knew this was going to be a great day. Normally while on a long car trip we would be bored and desperate for it to end. But Jason was both entertaining and extremely knowledgeable about Florida history, the flora and fauna. He never missed pointing out sights we would have missed. By the time we stepped out of the van, we were prepared with a map in hand and knew all the sights we wanted to see and great places to eat. The day was perfect. The ride home was quiet and relaxing and we did have the opportunity ( thanks to eagle eyed Jason) to see a group of key deer, very small and adorable.

Although this was a long ride, our driver/guide, Jason, kept us fully informed on the entire way down to the end of the Keys. He is very knowledgeable in the local Florida history, not to mention, he is a great driver and we felt completely comfortable and safe. Is was a very enjoyable day trip and gave us enough time to see some of the sights.

Jason was an excellent tour guide. He is knowledgeable about all things to do with South Florida--environment, reptiles, plant life, aquatic life, history. He made the trip go quick. Unfortunately, we didn't have enough people for the motor coach. We had nine participants in the van. It worked. We had the option to cancel because it was a van and not the motor coach but we were glad we went. Jason made two pit stops each way which was appreciated to stretch our legs, use restrooms and get refreshments. We got picked up right at the door at Mizner Place.

We did the Upper Keys tour and it was so much fun. Jason was our tour guide, so knowledgeable about everything to do with environment, sea life and just everything in Florida. We would do this tour again in a heartbeat. Thank you Jason!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Key West. Jason provided us with a detailed map of the city, showing a recommended walking route to see the highlights, and provided us with a lot of suggestions on what to see and do to maximize our time there. This trip was one of the high points of our South Florida vacation!

The last time we did this tour it was on a motor coach which was great with Filepe as the guide. There was a video on in the Flagler railroad. This time we road in a van. It was horribly uncomfortable for a 9 hr ride. No leg room. Rough rider. Could not recline to sleep. If it is a van, don’t go. The driver Jason was excellent as a driver and sharing information plus kind. The guide Howie stressed they worked for tips which was annoying after paying $150 for the ride down and back.
Hello Jeanette! We are sorry to hear that your journey to Key West with us was an uncomfortable ride. Thank you for the safe driving comment and we apologize for the guide mentioning gratuities. While gratuities are optional, they are appreciated for the hard work and extra hospitality involved to safely conduct a narrated 400 mile, 15 hour tour. We advertise that our minimum passenger requirement is 20 people to efficiently use the 32 or 52 passenger motor coach. Instead of cancelling the tour for not reaching the minimum passenger requirement to operate the motor coach, we use our new 15 passenger tour van for smaller groups. Your tour day had a group size of 10 passengers. We inform our passengers these terms at sign up and before the tour date if we will be using the passenger van instead. We also inform passengers ahead of time the differences between the van and the motor coach. We understand these differences are important to some people which is why they are made aware of before the tour date. This is our first review that is not 5 stars.
