Uw gids haalt u op bij uw accommodatie of een nabijgelegen ontmoetingspunt voor een gemakkelijke start van de dag. Maak het je gemakkelijk in de bus terwijl je Gids leuke weetjes en interessante informatie over Albanië en zijn levensstijl deelt, zodat alles soepel verloopt.
De eerste stop is na ongeveer een uur rijden, in het kleine stadje Belsh. Hier heeft u 30 minuten de tijd om uw benen te strekken, te genieten van een kopje koffie en de charme van dit niet-toeristische gebied met zijn vredige kleine meer en rustige omgeving in u op te nemen. Het is een veel leukere pauze dan stoppen bij een tankstation!
De reis gaat dan nog een uur verder richting Berat, waarbij je Gids inzichten geeft over de gebieden waar je doorheen gaat. Bij aankomst is uw eerste stop Berat Castle – een groot fort op een heuveltop waar nog steeds mensen binnen de muren wonen. Het kasteel is vol geschiedenis, bezaaid met oude huizen, kerken en moskeeën. U zult genieten van een 2 uur durende begeleide wandeltocht, waarbij u stopt bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden terwijl u geniet van een panoramisch uitzicht vanaf de top van de heuvel. Vergeet je camera niet!
Vanaf het kasteel brengt de bus je naar beneden naar de Osum River Bridge, waar je een beter zicht hebt op de twee historische wijken, Gorica en Mangalem, evenals de iconische Gorica Bridge. Na de sightseeing geeft uw Gids u vrije tijd om te lunchen, te genieten van een drankje en Berat in uw eigen tempo te verkennen. BELANGRIJK : Tijdens november - april kunnen sommige musea op maandag gesloten zijn. BELANGRIJK : Als je iets nodig hebt tijdens de tour, praat dan met je Gids – we willen ervoor zorgen dat je de best mogelijke ervaring hebt
Na een heerlijke dag rijdt u terug naar Tirana. Onderweg zal uw Gids ook enkele aanbevelingen delen over bezienswaardigheden en plaatsen om te verkennen in Tirana om het meeste uit uw verblijf te halen.

It was a Very nice trip. The bus was comfortable, the guide was skilled and gave lot of information about Albania and the sites. Only the pick up needs improvement. E stayed 30 minutes on the sun. I understand that traffic conditions are changing, but all of my tours was delayed minimum 30 minutes.

NO ONE sent me an update on the pick up time. I was left sitting on the corner of a VERY busy street in central Tirana for more than an hour. Then the company tried to blame ME for not getting a message that was never received!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unfortunately, we didn’t love this tour. Our guide, Paula, wasn’t very engaging. Sorry Paula! She provided very limited information about Albania in the bus and instead chose to use a WhatsApp group to provide information. The tour was in English yet several Italians requested she also speak Italian. While I appreciate Paula accommodating those few people, it extended the time explaining things in two languages. The tickets to get into the museum at Berat castle was pure chaos. It would’ve been better to discuss the option to go into the museum while on the bus and collect the money then. Berat was beautiful but not much to do. Spent way too much time there. Paula told us there was a bazar and just pointed across the river leaving everyone very confused on where to go. We never found this so-called bazar. Just disappointed after having a fantastic tour with the same company the day before.
The tour was very organised and time management was really well handled by our tour guide Denis. Worth it over all !!

I really enjoyed Kladji 's tour of Berat it was fantastic. He was very professional despite traffic and cycling event delaying the tour. He kept everyone calm and was super informative, funny and professional. Everyone was really I would highly recommend!
