De stad Mostar is de belangrijkste stad in de regio Herzegovina, aangezien het wordt beschouwd als de culturele en economische hoofdstad. Daar wordt u begroet door een lokale Engelssprekende gids die u meeneemt op een rondleiding van een uur door de stad. U krijgt de gelegenheid om te horen over de rijke geschiedenis, de oude brug (die sinds 2005 samen met de oude stad op de UNESCO-lijst van beschermd cultureel erfgoed staat) uit de 16e eeuw. De architectuur is hier een symbool van tolerantie: een gedeeld leven tussen moslims, christenen en joden. De brug combineert de twee religieus verdeelde kanten van de stad, de christelijke en de islamitische. Na de tour heb je ca. 2 uur vrije tijd. Verlies jezelf in de beroemde bazaar en bekijk het erfgoed van de oosterse cultuur uit de eerste hand, koop wat souvenirs en maak geweldige herinneringen.
Kravica Waterfalls is een charmant nationaal park dat je in anderhalf uur kunt bezoeken. De beroemdste cascade heet de Kravica-waterval en wordt door de staat beschermd als een natuurlijke zeldzaamheid. Het beste is dat je er tijdens de hete zomermaanden verfrissingen kunt vinden.

Had an amazing time with this tour. We traveled in a clean luxurious Mercedes Sprinter Van with strong AC😜. Sanja was our beautiful tour guide and gave lots of information about Bosnia and Croatia. We had plenty of time to eat and explore the city of Mostar. After a hot day we cooled off in the Krka freshwater lake with breathtaking waterfalls everywhere. This tour is a must and Sanja is amazing ❤️

I did the same trip last year with a different tour agency, this was superior. The main difference and what made this tour exceptional is Antonia our tour guide. She was outstanding, friendly, always smiling, very resourceful information and prompt on time. The visits to the sites were efficient and had enough time to visit. I do these types of day trips from large cities at least 3-5 times a year and from experience I can highly recommend this tour and especially our guide.
