Excellent service from Paraty to Rio. I was the only passenger at 5am and they still provided the transportation. Very professional, on time, exceptional service. Highly recommend if you’re traveling from Rio to Paraty or Paraty to Rio.

Very helpful and attentive driver. Perfect climatisation. Some delay in the pick-up but understandable due to the traffic in the city. We would definitely do it again.
Captain Domingos was very kind and attentive, the sailor Ricardo proved an amazing, attentive and generous Cover, and the sailor Julia managed everything in a unique way that gave nothing out of control and made everything go wonderfully well for everyone on that boat!

Comfortable bus and good driver, but slow: they stop in many places and even for a long time. Better to take a taxi/Uber
They organized transfers to and from Rio and São Paulo airports, evening excursions to visit the city and excursions by boat. Everything perfect and precise in every detail!!! Super fast in responses on whatsapp and always present, they have the headquarters in paraty where you can also go in person. Very good and super recommended.

Our transfer from Paraty to Rio went badly because we were not heard from for 1 hour and left 2 hours late. ParatyTours has denied us any financial compensation.
