- Tijdens deze reis wordt u meegenomen naar de beroemde "Caminito del Rey", bekend als een van de gevaarlijkste routes ter wereld! Na de wederopbouw, die vier jaar heeft geduurd, is de "Caminito del Rey" in 2015 heropend en is nu veilig en voor iedereen toegankelijk. Loop de loopbrug ruim 100 meter erboven af - Steek de kloof over via de hangbrug - Maak een korte stop in een typisch wit Andalusisch stadje

Bezoek de Caminito del Rey tijdens een begeleide dagtrip vanuit Malaga, wat ooit een van de gevaarlijkste paden ter wereld was. Geniet van de schoonheid van de Desfiladero de los Gaitanes op dit pad dat in 2015 is herbouwd tot een zeer veilige wandeling en geschikt voor iedereen. Begin je excursie op het ontmoetingspunt in het centrum van Malaga, waar de gidsen je verwelkomen en al je vragen beantwoorden. Neem de bus met airconditioning en geniet van het uitzicht op het platteland tijdens de rit van ongeveer 45 minuten. Kom aan bij Caminito del Rey en begin je spannende wandeling langs de kliffen door de natuurlijke ravijnen. Ontdek de geschiedenis, de evolutie terwijl je luistert naar enkele feiten over dit unieke pad. (De wandeling in Caminito del Rey is ongeveer 15.30 uur uur). Na de excursie in Caminito del Rey kun je even bijkomen en iets eten in de buurt van "El Chorro" Keer per bus terug naar het ontmoetingspunt in Malaga na een ongelooflijke dag in de natuur, vol foto's en onvergetelijke herinneringen.
We maken een korte stop van 30 minuten in een typisch wit Andalusisch stadje, Ardales. Hier kunnen we naar het toilet gaan, een kopje koffie drinken of gewoon de prachtige en traditionele straten en pleinen ontdekken. Het is een kans om een niet-toeristische stad te ontdekken

This walk was extremely breathtaking. The views of the surrounding landscape are exceptional and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in natural formations / landscapes. Tour guide is good although the wind cuts off the audio from the earphones from time to time however you can enjoy the walj just as much without putting the earphones in.
The tour was organized very well. The meeting point was easy to reach. Everything was explained very well on the bus and before the tour started. I really liked that along the way and during the walk to the tour Maria gave us a lot of valuable information. She also had a great sense of humour and was very approachable. She is one of the best tour guides I've experienced!! The tour guide during the Caminita del Rey was also amazing. It was a shame that the headsets and radio was not the best, so I couldn't hear him all the time. Nonetheless he gave us a lot of wonderful information and was approachable as well for extra questions. The only small negative thing I had was that I felt the event isn't advertised well amongst solo travelers because I only met 2 that day. As a young person it would've been nice to also have a more challenging tour or perhaps in the future there could be an addition of a longer walk or partially some wall climbing during the tour. Overall it was an enjoyable experience, highly recommend and again Maria was beyond amazing!!!
The hike/tour itself was amazing! Only problem was where we got off the bus to start our tour there was only 1 bathroom ( W/C) and a REALLY LONG LINE !!
This is a great experience that is not only breathtaking, but very informational, fun and gorgeous! It’s a long walk … but worth it! Bridges & Views and so much engagement / storytelling along the way. This part of Spain is special and we would go back to the lake that Camino Del Rey sits above. Wear closed toe tennis shoes Bring water. There is time for a cold beer & snacks at the end of the hike.
Everything was great except our group was too large with over 25 people. The group dragged on, and the communication from the guide to us broke off at the end, leaving us unaware of anything.
If you do nothing else when you go to Malaga do not miss out on the opportunity to book Caminito del Rey. Our tour guide on the day was Maria. She had a bright and bubbly personality and was very knowledgeable about the area. The pace was excellent and suited all persons on the walk.

Maria our guide was very professional but also fun. It was all well organised just leaving us to enjoy the walk and the experience of doing the Caminito which is amazing!!!
The whole tour is well worth what you pay, great pick up place (Malaga's municipal building), clean, comfortable A/C bus and great bus driver, Andres), tour was beautiful and Laura, the tour guide was exceptional🌟 and very acvomodating given the high temperatures. I would highly recommend this tour.
