Bij aankomst in Pisa leidt onze gastvrouw je vanaf het busstation langs de oude stadsmuren tot Porta Santa Maria, vanwaar je het eerste uitzicht hebt op Piazza Dei Miracoli met zijn prachtige contrast van wit marmer en groen gras. Met onze gastvrouw maakt u een wandeling op Piazza Dei Miracoli zodat u in totaal zijn monumenten kunt bewonderen: scheve toren, de kathedraal, de doopkapel en nog veel meer. Na een korte wandeling heeft u vrije tijd om te genieten van ons ijs proeven en ontspannen onder de show van de scheve toren. Als je wilt, kun je het toegangsticket bij de scheve toren van Pisa aan je tour toevoegen, de ingangstijd bij de toren wordt aangegeven op het ticket dat we je geven voordat je op de bus stapt of als je alleen Pisa wilt bezoeken. kan de goedkope optie kiezen die alleen de overdracht omvat. Als u liever alleen Pisa bezoekt, kunt u de Low Cost-optie kiezen die alleen de overdracht omvat.

What you need to know in this port you will be shuttled by bus from the ship to the cruise terminal. This takes 5 to 10 minutes. After you walk through and out the cruise terminal, Martina will be waiting for you to give you a map and sticker. She waits over by the brick building you can see out the front doors of the cruise terminal. She wears a green shirt. The app did not issue tickets but all you need is to give her your name. Martina was very informative and made sure everyone knew where and when they had to be at.
Very disorganized and paid $188 for basically a bus ride. The tour guide was rude and dismissive when I asked a question. The tour guide was not utilized at all and we were left on our own to figure everything out.

When I got in line to go into the tower, I was told that the line was for buying tickets. So I went to the front of the line and the person selling tickets told me to go to get in line. I showed him the confirmation and he refused and kept telling me to get in line. If I waited to get into the tower, I wouldn’t have enough time to get back to the bus that took me to my cruise ship on in la Spezia. So I spent money and was not allowed to climb the tower.
We chose to spend most of this tour on our own and we enjoyed the many sites we saw. And we had a nice lunch. But, my husband and I got lost returning to the bus and, unfortuneately, we missed the bus. (We turned right instead of left). The tour guide could not wait for us. She did arrange for us to get on another bus two hours later. We did, but that really spoiled our day and what we had planned on the ship for early evening.

Very well organised trip greeted by a lovely lady who checked us all in & off we went. She gave a run down on the map proved, showed us where the emergency numbers were & her telephone number incase we needed to contact her. The coach journey took about a hour on arriving she walked us to the meeting point to show us where she would meet us for our departure. We were then allowed to view Pisa at our own time. We had about 3hrs in Pisa which was ok. Would highly recommend the trip as it was faultless with no pressure.

Lumi was good Team leader. She gave good instructions and made sure we had plenty of time to board the last shuttle to the cruise ship. Ricardo was a good bus driver. He is very jovial and had good personality.

Our Tour Guide Lumi, was awesome, she share worthwhile info, framed the journey well ito safety and keeping our fears about getting lost or late to a minimum. She even ensured she got individual participants numbers to be able to connect with someone who might be lost. This with an excellent and safe and friendly bus driver made the entire journey pleasant and informative. I would recommend this guide, as the pace is also tailored to your needs.

Tour was for outside of Pisa area to a square. There was no information on Pisa or the buildings surrounding the main area. Guide walked to fast left several people behind. Wish we had just taken train or bus as independent tour.

Very Poor Tour Director. Inexperienced. We were seated in the very back of the bus. When we arrived at the Leaning Tower of Pisa parking lot, she said that we needed to follow her quite a distance to the meeting place at the end of the tour. However, she quickly took off and did NOT wait for all guests to exit the bus. We had difficulty following her very fast walking pace, over the long distance, to reach the Leaning Tower entry area. In fact, we could not even see her (she did not have any type of tour director flag) and ended up following the "crowds" to the entry. When we arrived at the Leaning Tower entry, she was nowhere to be seen, many of us from the back of the bus had no idea where the meeting point was located. We ended up walking back to the bus parking lot by ourselves by following other tour groups to be at the bus parking location by the time she mentioned we were scheduled to leave. We never saw her again until we were back on the bus! Worst tour director we've ever had in over 40 years of doing bus tours during our travels.
