Vanuit Istanbul 3-daagse Cappadocië Hoogtepunten Tour per vliegtuig

I strongly advise against doing business with this company. We had bought their tour by Viator with the inclusion of hot air balloons and the day before our arrival in Capadoce they told us that they no longer offered the hot air balloon (they had not thought to notify us before so that we could book it with another company). They had to pay us back that part. It’s a fuss to get our refund. Communication was very slow with them, we had information only very last minute. It really wasn't easy.

Viator has a good reputation, however several things went very wrong with my tour. 1) They somehow messed up my request for a hot air balloon ride (Cappadocia Turkey) and I had traveled there, specifically for the second time for the balloon ride. This was extremely disappointing for me. 2) On the first day of my 2-day tour the travel company that they contracted with (enka travel) then subcontracted out to a terrible agency (don't know their name). The tour guide provided little to no explanation as to what we were looking at. Seemed quite bored and lazy, unfriendly and uninformed. The A/C was ineffective. 3) The second day of the tour was yet another agency (Hadas Travel) as the 1st day subcontractor never showed up and my hotel had to call and make other arrangements. Hadas Travel was excellent. Clean van with working A/C and the tour guide was also excellent (Utlu DEDE) which in the end redeemed the trip overall for me. 4) The hotel, Nostalji Cave Suite Hotel was wonderful. It had only 8 rooms, clean and very charming, breakfasts were quite good. But most of all the owner/host was warm, friendly and inviting making my solo journey very rewarding.

The tour was amazing. The guide and the driver were very informative, friendly and professional. They brought us to amazing places and delicious restaurants. Everything was laidback and enjoyable. The hotel we were in was beautiful in a good location. The tour van was new, clean and very comfortable. During the tour, the communication was great. Some negatives. My hotel pick up location in Istanbul changed. I contacted the tour operator several days before the tour 2 times about the change but no reply. I contacted Viator 3 times. They contacted the tour operator and said the change was received and I will get a confirmation or a reply. I did not get a reply from the tour operator until 9PM the night before the day of my flight to Cappadocia. The tour description says we will be picked up at 11.am. The itinerary we received at 9pm said we will be picked up at 5:30am. That was annoying because our hotel includes breakfast which we already paid for and we also made plan to see something that morning….. but we were just glad that she replied and that we have a confirmed schedule. Besides the poor communication in the beginning, I think the tour is a good deal. We had transportation to all the events and food was included. Once the tour started, everything was taken cared of and all we had to do is show up. The guides were wonderful. I would recommend it.

Great time … very flexible and personalized. Loved our tour guide. You have to try the hot air balloon experience, spectacular imagery.

To start with, the hotel was completely guest-centric, away from traditional tourism and hospitality. We especially appreciate the aygül lady. He was always interested in us until we arrived and arrived. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I appreciate the hotel staff especially. Food and treats were everything in the four. If you want a vacation that’s fun and relaxing and relaxing, recommend a strong Recommendation review. ( Note: I haven’t reviewed any companies before, but I couldn’t stop without appreciating it.)

We had the perfect time to get to the magical city as they call it, we took an atv tour of the area, it was a different and beautiful experience for us, you should definitely come, we had a very enjoyable time to help us.
