Deze op maat gemaakte reis naar Agra is ideaal voor mensen met beperkte tijd in India. Om op tijd in Agra te zijn voor zonsopgang, kunt u Delhi vroeg in de ochtend verlaten. Als alternatief kunt u ervoor kiezen om later te vertrekken om uw schema aan te passen. Voordat u Agra's andere bezienswaardigheden bezoekt, zoals het Agra Fort en het graf van Itimad-ud-Daulah, kunt u wat tijd doorbrengen in de Taj Mahal, een UNESCO Werelderfgoed, waar u het uitzicht vanuit alle richtingen kunt bewonderen. Ontspan tijdens uw privéretour naar Delhi.

Een Engelssprekende chauffeur haalt u op van de plaats van uw keuze in Delhi, Gurgaon of Noida. Daarna geniet u van een ontspannen rit in een privévoertuig met airconditioning naar Agra. Je rijdt bijna drie uur over de prachtige Yamuna Motorway, een van India's grootste snelwegen. Uw chauffeur zal u graag helpen als u moet stoppen voor een etentje of een toiletpauze.
Je hoeft niet in de rij te staan, want je gids zal je ontmoeten bij de Taj Mahal en je toegangsbewijzen geven. Daarna leidt de gids je naar de Taj Mahal voor een rondleiding. U bent vrij om het monument te verkennen voor zo lang als u wenst. Uw gids zou graag foto's van u nemen bij de Taj Mahal als u dat wilt. Keizer Shah Jahan richtte in de 17e eeuw de Taj Mahal op als eerbetoon aan zijn aanbeden vrouw, Mumtaz.
Na uw tour door de Taj Mahal gaat u naar het Agra Fort, waar uw gids u toegangsvergunningen zal verstrekken, zodat u de wachtrijen voor tickets kunt vermijden. Je volgende bestemming is Agra Fort, dat in 1565 na Christus door Mughal-keizer Akbar werd gebouwd. Tijdens je tour van een uur zal je gids de historische betekenis en architectonische pracht van het fort benadrukken.
U wordt getrakteerd op een heerlijk ontbijtbuffet of lunch in het weelderige vijfsterrenhotel DoubleTree by Hilton na de educatieve rondleidingen door de Taj Mahal en het Agra Fort.
Na een vullende lunch laat uw gids u het graf van Itimad-Ud-Daulah zien, ook wel de Baby Taj genoemd. Een rondleiding door deze prachtige locatie zal worden verstrekt, en het zal ongeveer duren.
Na uw verkenning van deze geweldige locaties, zal uw gids u succes wensen voordat u vertrekt op uw terugreis. Daarna rijdt u met uw gezellige privéauto met airconditioning naar Delhi. Being by myself this has been an amazing experience. My driver Akash was early to pick me up which made me very relieved as on my own. Very friendly. We used Google when we could not understand certain words. My guide "Raj from the Taj" was not only very informative and engaging but a great photographer and got pictures for me that I could never have imagined. Experiencing this through Raj's history knowledge made it come alive.

I had a great experience, meeting a lot of friendly people and enjoying Taj Mahal without the crowds! Rahul, the driver for Taj Mahal drive, was on time and the journey very comfortable. The guide Raj from Agra not only provided detailed information to all the sights and tips, but also made the best pictures of me and the monuments. I felt like a knowledgeable friend was accompanying me :) it was worth waking up that early and very interesting and recomendable!

My spouse and I had a fantastic experience with Ali. I am of Indian origin and have visited many times, and it was my spouse’s (American) first time in India. It can be very overwhelming for someone’s first time in India, and Ali helped navigate the first few days of our trip amazingly. He always had tickets purchased in advance, at the lowest possible rates as well. He gave great historical context/background on each of the monuments and explained all the significance. He took absolutely phenomenal photos and videos at all monuments. Especially the Taj. It is extremely difficult to get good photos at the Taj without other people in the background - he was able to get other people to move away respectfully, as well as take professional-grade photos on my iPhone. I cannot recommend him enough!!! Fantastic experience
It's the second time I've visited Tag Mahal and this time too I chose Ali as a guide. Ali accompanies the visit to Tag in a fascinating way, speaks fluent and very clear English, I felt almost alone even though the site is full of visitors. In addition, Ali took amazing photos of us throughout the tour and let us concentrate on understanding the stories and the amazing sight of the tag. Highly recommend.
