Ophaallocaties en -tijden
- Als uw accommodatie nog niet bevestigd is, raden we u aan om The SkyCity Hotel nu te selecteren - u kunt het later bijwerken indien nodig! - Wij bieden handige pick-ups van geselecteerde hotels. Als uw locatie er niet bij staat, kiest u gewoon de dichtstbijzijnde beschikbare optie en ontmoet u ons daar. - Pick-ups starten tot 20 minuten voor de geplande vertrektijd. Wees dan alsjeblieft klaar en wacht buiten op een vlotte start. - Pick-up locaties worden gepland op basis van elke tour en kan variëren per dag. Als er wijzigingen zijn in uw ophaalplek, laat het ons dan van tevoren weten. - Onze gidsen maken meerdere stops en komen mogelijk binnen 10 minuten aan. Om de tour op schema te houden, raden we aan 5-10 minuten eerder klaar te zijn, omdat we niet kunnen wachten op late aankomsten. - Aangezien onze hotel pick-ups werken vanuit het centrum van CBD, kunnen gasten die zich in de buurt van de luchthaven of Zuid Auckland bevinden worden opgehaald bij The Sebel, Auckland Manukau op 16 Lakewood Court, Manukau City Centre, Auckland 2104,

- Je moet wel minimaal 40 minuten per keer over zacht terrein en paden kunnen lopen. We klimmen of kruipen nergens in onze grotten. Er zijn geen trappen in onze grotten. Voor mensen met mobiliteitsproblemen, moet u 40 cm omhoog en uit een transitbus stappen en 40 cm omlaag in en uit ons vlot. Wij nemen geen rolstoelen of loopframes mee. Als u zich zorgen maakt of twijfelt of uw fitheid voldoende is, neem dan contact met ons op.

A super worthwhile experience! The caves were beautiful, guides (both in the van and in the caves) were super knowledgeable and entertaining, and the convenience of being picked up in downtown Auckland and not needed to worry about transportation was perfect.

In March, we went on a tour to the Waitomo Caves with David, and he did everything to make the trip memorable and comfortable. On the drive over, he entertained us with interesting stories of history and science. We also stopped at a bakery that was great. For the actual caves, a different guide took us through, and the glow worm cave was simply out of this world! What an incredible experience! I did a fair bit of research in choosing which location to see the glow worm caves, and I am so happy with this choice! On the way back, David took us to the Fat Kiwi, which was a delicious lunch spot. As a driver and tour guide, he made us feel safe and well cared for during the tour. I would highly recommend visiting such an incredible spot with this tour company!

Fun tour in which the bus, walking through beautiful scenery and boat trip through the caves are combined. The guide Oceana managed to enthuse us and gave us the best facts about nature. All with respect for nature.

Aaron, our guide and driver was so knowledgeable about New Zealand. He gave a great commentary during the drive both there and back. The glow worm cave was absolutely amazing. Didn’t know what to expect but the experience was one of our favorite on this trip. The cave tour guide was also knowledgeable and amazing to work with. Definitely recommend this tour.
