Founding Phantoms is Philadelphia’s spooktour voor alleen volwassenen – exclusief ontworpen voor dappere zielen van 16 jaar en ouder. Deze huiveringwekkende reis duikt in de donkere kant van de Founding Fathers – het ontdekken van spookachtige legendes, verontrustende waarheden en spectrale geheimen waarvan ze hoopten dat ze begraven zouden blijven. Maar dat is nog niet alles... We dalen ook af in de griezelige evolutie van het Amerikaanse gezondheidszorgsysteem, waar "doorbraken" vaak gepaard gingen met een dodental. Fatale fouten. Dit ziekenhuis, dat tot doel had geestesziekten te behandelen, was de thuisbasis van vele onmenselijke experimenten in een poging de boze geesten te verdrijven waarvan ooit werd aangenomen dat ze de oorzaak van geestesziekten waren. Ga met ons mee op een reis door het verleden terwijl we het kwaad bespreken dat heeft plaatsgevonden en de wraakzuchtige geesten die als gevolg daarvan overblijven
Het Powel House was het huis van de burgemeester van Philadelphia tijdens de revolutie, Samuel Powel. Politieke diners zijn niet de enige historische gebeurtenissen die worden besproken met betrekking tot dit oude, in een huis omgebouwde museum, omdat het naar verluidt het meest spookachtige gebouw in de stad is!
Dit gebouw was het idee van de enige echte Alexander Hamilton, en hoewel zijn criminele geschiedenis niets is om mee te spotten, is de ware aantrekkingskracht van dit gebouw voor veel paranormale enthousiasten de overtuiging dat de geest van Hamilton zelf op het terrein rondwaart! Kom alles te weten over Hamilton's losbandige leven, misschien zelfs rechtstreeks van zijn geest!

Our guide Kay was excellent!! Definitely a great mix of spooky and history. We had friends in town from Florida and this tour gave a wonderful walking tour of old city. Kay also gave members of our group ghost hunting tools as we walked around, which was fun. Even in between locations she had really cool stories as an expert ghost hunter. If you need a good stop to eat before the tour which starts at 9pm., National Mechanics was a great restaurant- old historic bank, in walking distance to tour meet up. 5 stars all around for ghost city and Kay!

Went with Kay as our guide. She was absolutely wonderful and super informative about the area and ghosts. This is one of the cool tours where they let you use some of the equipment. Had a lot of fun and the walk was good exercise!
Pat was an amazing guide. A lot of history and humor and spooky in one night. Everyone felt involved. It felt like hanging out with friends and exploring the city in a nice atmosphere.

Pat gave us a good mix of history and spook. As we strolled from location to location in the old city, he described actual deaths and burials in each place, as well as sightings and spooky stories.
Pat was a great guide! Shared so much history of the city and why the places are said to be haunted. It was just my boyfriend and I in the group and we had a fantastic time.
Was advised 2 hours prior to the tour that it would be cancelled due to the only booking being myself! This was not sufficient notice and further more 5 minutes after the first message I received one reminding me of the tour. After messaging to confirm which was correct I didn’t receive a reply till 15 mins before the start of the tour. There was no prior information that the tour may be cancelled if there were not enough bookings and more notice or a warning about a potential cancellation should have been sent earlier
Pat D was very informative and held our interest for the full tour. No ghosts but still a nice evening with family! Pat is very well-versed in the history of the city.
Great fun and very informative. Good for out of town tourists as well as home town residents. Guide was well informed, entertaining and thoroughly enjoyable.
