De perfecte gelegenheid om enkele authentieke Maltese gerechten te proeven in een gezinsvriendelijke omgeving, met een perfecte combinatie van traditioneel eten, cultuur en entertainment. Het ophalen en inleveren van het hotel is inbegrepen, waardoor dit pakket helemaal handig en een unieke ervaring is.

Geniet van een 4-gangendiner met vrij stromende lokale wijn en mineraalwater in een van de meest historisch rijke restaurants van het eiland. Onze jarenlange ervaring, gekoppeld aan de explosieve creativiteit van onze chef-koks, hebben ons in staat gesteld een nieuwe kijk op de Maltese keuken te introduceren; een die dient als een fusie tussen oud en nieuw. Voor een avond vol culinaire hoogstandjes met veel levendigheid schuift u aan bij een van onze speciale folklore dinershows. Deze speciale avonden beginnen om 19:30 uur. en eindigen rond 22.30 uur. Na het diner is er een folkloristische show met zes dansers in traditionele klederdracht uit de achttiende eeuw die u meeslepen in een joviaal verhaal over de Maltese geschiedenis, verteld door middel van dans. Onze dansvloer is ook verhoogd, zodat u comfortabel vanaf uw eettafel naar de show kunt kijken. Na de show en het après-diner zal de dansvloer oplichten, met zachte of populaire muziek, afhankelijk van de stemming, om van je eigen geschiedenis een onvergetelijke avond te maken!

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
Als u de optie inclusief vervoer heeft geboekt, houd er dan rekening mee dat 19:30 uur de geschatte starttijd van de activiteit is en niet de tijd waarop u wordt opgehaald bij uw hotel (of dichtstbijzijnde ontmoetingspunt). Minstens enkele dagen voor de datum van uw activiteit moet u contact opnemen met de touroperator om uw ophaallocatie en ophaaltijd te bevestigen. Uw ophaaltijd kan elk moment tussen 17:40 en 19:20 zijn, afhankelijk van waar u verblijft.

Avoid the transport option if you want to be picked up 45 minutes late in a van the looks like it rolled off the lot in the 70s without ac and doesn’t go above 50km/hr. We were supposed to be picked up at 1830 but had zero communication with the company regarding any delays. Tried calling and messaging the emergency line and kept getting a robot answer wanting to call the same number I was messaging and that the main offices were closed. Just as I was about to continue my conversation with Trip advisor, the driver showed up randomly after 1915 when dinner started at 1930 so we were of course late. The dinner was lovely, good food, good company, and the entertainment was awesome. Would advise others to do the dinner but definitely SKIP the transportation.
What great night didn't Wangt it to end. Food and wine / beer was plentiful . The owner told you about the history of his family restaurant. Music and dancing after the main dancers. So worth the money.
Pickup was punctual. Food good. Entertainment okay. Overall a reasonable evening out . Recommended to try.
I was so looking forward to this, but was left soooo disappointed. We paid £121 for two of us via getyourguide which I thought was reasonable considering it was supposed to be a four course tasting meal with traditional folklore dancers. The pick up from the hotel was fine. When we got to the restaurant we were seated with two other couples that were French that didn't speak English so it was very awkward. The lady waitress Bella was lovely she explained the menu to all of us speaking French to the two couples and English to us. We were offered a drink in a slim glass(think it's was a local drink) which if you accepted it you had to pay 6euro for after the meal. The 1st course of the arracini ball was OK, tasted not to bad and all the table seemed to enjoy it. 2nd course was starter and the choice was fish soup or ravioli, the whole table opted for ravioli, again this was OK and tasted nice. The 3rd course was main which was a choice of chicken, rabbit, and a few others. On our table 2 choose chicken, the rest rabbit...... Then we waited, and waited, and waited for the main to come out at least 40mins might of been a hr waiting. When it arrived the chicken looked unappertising, was cold, and was just plain weird. I had two mouthfuls but didn't eat the rest due to being cold and not liking the taste. The rabbit that came out was tough to cut and was also cold. The majority of people who had paid for the meal experience had received cold main meals. It seemed to be if you ordered off the menu but not the set menu then you got hot food. 4th course was dessert which was basically a trifle in a glass which again I wasn't impressed with.Wine,coffee and water was free and you could have as much of that as you liked. Now onto the dancing...... I was expecting this exceptional amazing dance performance when in reality it was half hearted by the dancers, they didn't look like they wanted to dance you could see the fake smiles on their faces. The dancing I felt was rushed. Best bit of the night after the dancers had finished was the dancing by Bella the waitress, she was fun, energetic, brought the restaurant alive with her dancing and she got the men up dancing with her. Well done Bella!!! What shame about the rest of the evening. We arrived at 7pm left at 10.30pm
What a lovely experience! The organisers were so helpful and the restaurant staff were lovely. The transport worked so well with no issues, this is a must do if you’re in Malta! I took my 12 year old son and he really enjoyed it so it’s suitable for the family too. A lovely story about the background and family ties to the restaurant and the traditional dancers were fantastic. As we were only two people, we were placed on a larger table with others. I didn’t realise that but it was no problem at all.
Beautiful evening, Belinda welcomed us with great attention, very dynamic person who sets the mood. We love to dance so it was ideal on 80s hits. Good vision also of traditional dances without forgetting the very hearty and typical meal. A word of advice: take a Bolt taxi instead of the transfer because it took a very long time to get to all the hotels.
Wonderful and lively. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and experiencing Maltese cuisine. Must recommend. Bella is amazing.
It’s crowded and hard to get a good seat, but an excellent show and meal. Chicken, squid and horse meat.
The show and the food were good and well presented, but not great. We were not told to expect a large tour bus - we looked for someone or some form of transport with a sign - nothing. We saw a tour bus and asked the driver who after some difficulty confirmed that this was what we needed.
A fantastic evening with a wide range of great quality Maltese food. The staff were very attentive, especially the manager who also compered the folk dancing. The stage lifted up so everyone could see the dancers. There was live music for the first 2 hours.We booked for an earlier meal but we were happy to wait until 9.30 when the dancing started.
