It was very confusing how to find the location. You’re asked to meet in front of a business, but the business did not even know what you were talking about. I had a lot of complications with getting on WhatsApp so I was unable to complete the self guided to scavenger hunt. I tried messaging and calling, but no answer on either. I am hoping to get a refund for this disappointing experience.
The treasure hunt uses WhatsApp. The narrative was amusing and drew you into the whole concept of helping to find the missing elixir. The clues were just challenging enough, we did need to seek help sometimes. The interaction with the different characters added to the experience and the reward at the end both welcome and delicious. The hunt suits small groups best. We would recommend it as a way of seeing lots of interesting places around Florence.

Engaging and very well done treasure hunt; a different way to discover the city, taking advantage of all the little "pit stop" places they take you to. Definitely worth trying; we will highly recommend it!!
Beautiful and fun; the way we were involved made us wish for more stops and to learn more. The only downside was that we had difficulty at one stop due to the location not receiving service inside.
