Lily was a great tour guide! Very friendly and down to earth. Made us feel welcomed and not rushed! We walked around, ate and talked for about 2.5 hours. All the food was great, with the Florentine steak being the highlight of course! Not sure if it’s normally private but we had her all to ourselves (group of 4). Recommended for sure!
I’ve done many food tours with Viator over the last 10 years in various cities around the world and enjoyed most of them. This experience was not bad - just different. I thought we’d be going to various stops to try different types of food. I was not expecting a sit down Florentine streak dinner at 5pm. Our food guide Julia was kind and personable … and said that is the tour we ordered. Ok - we went with the flow. Really good steak - I’ve never had something like that before with black salt. And the gelato stop was DELICIOUS. For our first night in Florence, our stomachs were full and the people watching was very entertaining. The only thing I would do differently is book it for 7pm
Pleasant afternoon in the streets of Florence accompanied by the very nice and very prepared guide Donatella true added value of the tour! Excellent meat eaten in a very nice restaurant as well as the visit of the other places proposed! That said I must say that the price for the proposed offer is not entirely adequate... in our opinion too high. Cmq Florence really beautiful!!
Donatella was so charming and knowledgeable as a local from Florence. She has impeccable taste and everything she selected was delicious and great atmosphere. Communication was easy and she was wonderful with my kids. We had a fantastic experience.
