Alleen met de Uffizi Smart Guided Tour kun je de wachtrij overslaan en direct naar binnen. Eenmaal binnen in het museum begeleidt onze Tour Leader je door de verschillende kamers met wereldberoemde schilderijen, zoals Botticelli's Geboorte van Venus, Leonardo's raadselachtige Aanbidding van de Wijzen of Tondo Doni van Michelangelo, zijn enige schilderij op hout. Voor veel meesterwerken krijg je professioneel vooraf opgenomen commentaar in je eigen taal om geen woord te missen; en als je daarna nog steeds nieuwsgierig bent naar het kunstwerk, vraag dan gerust aan onze Tour Leader wat je maar wilt: hij/zij zal je antwoorden in het Engels of Italiaans.

I wish I knew the young lady who checked me in, I arrived early and she was absolutely amazing! Yaniel was my guide & the amount of detail he gave was amazing. He was very hospitable & knowledgeable. I learned so much from him & recommend taking the tour with him. You won’t regret it.

The museum is amazing. Our tour leader Yaniel was very kind, pleasant, helped us navigate the museum and introduce us to the various rooms and works. It was helpful and honestly nice to be able to visit the gallery with him. Clear in both Italian and English. Beautiful visit.

The museum is amazing. But two hours is not enough to see everything. However the portraits and statues were magical

We unfortunately arrived late. The Tour company did a great job assisting us in getting our tickets for entry. The Uffizi App worked very well. Thank you for getting us on the right path.
Perfect organisation of our visit in Uffizi. The assistant of the company Accord was a very kind person and she was noticable among many people at entrances. The tour was brilliant! Be wary of this really misleading title - this is NOT a guided tour! They then try to charge an extra €5 for an audio guide. They send a 'digital guide' which we never received, so we got given a pointless paper leaflet instead, without even an offer of the audio guide or even an apology. So you pay €39 for a fast track ticket. Nothing else.

I would like to better understand why you do not consider this experience as a guided tour since it includes an audio guide already included in the price. Therefore, I do not understand who or how you were asked for an additional 5 euros for something you already have, including a certified and experienced live guide who accompanies you throughout the tour, providing valuable additional information in case the audio guide is not sufficient. All of that at a very cheaper price than a usual guided tour! Regarding the digital booklet, we usually send it via WhatsApp or, in its absence, via email. Have you checked your spam folder?
