Na je harde werk in de keuken is het tijd om te gaan zitten en te genieten van de vruchten van je arbeid. Verzameld rond de tafel geniet je van de pizza en tiramisu die je hebt gemaakt, zodat je de schoonheid van authentieke Italiaanse smaken uit de eerste hand kunt ervaren. Deze proeverij is niet alleen een gelegenheid om te genieten van de gerechten die je hebt bereid, maar ook om contact te maken met anderen, verhalen en ervaringen te delen in een warme, gezellige omgeving. Als aanvulling op uw maaltijd bieden wij een selectie lokale wijnen, elk zorgvuldig gekozen om de smaken van uw pizza en dessert te versterken. Deze meeslepende culinaire ervaring laat u achter met een diepere waardering voor Italiaans eten en de voldoening dat u het zelf hebt gemaakt. Aan het einde van de cursus ontvangt elke deelnemer een certificaat van deelname, ondertekend door onze Italiaanse chefs als herinnering aan uw tijd bij ons. Het is een aandenken aan je Italiaanse culinaire reis en de vaardigheden die je onderweg hebt opgedaan.

This cooking class was absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere was warm, fun, and welcoming, and the chefs made everyone feel comfortable right from the start. We learned step by step how to make authentic Italian pizza and the most delicious tiramisù. The instructions were clear, hands-on, and filled with great tips that I’ll definitely use at home. The small group size made the experience personal and interactive, and it was a joy to share the meal we created together. Not only did I learn so much, but I also had such a memorable and enjoyable time. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Florence!

Super fun experience! We went in a group of friends and we turned, for a few hours, into real pizza makers and pastry chefs. The atmosphere was relaxed and cheerful: between jokes, flying dough and spoonfuls of cream “tasted just in case”, time flew by. The best time? Sitting all together at the table, with a glass of wine, eating the pizza we had just baked and the tiramisu prepared with our own hands. A convivial dinner that looked more like a party than a cooking class! The staff was fantastic: nice, patient and very good at explaining every step without ever getting bored. And yes, in the end we even went home with a certificate, which we now keep as if we were starred chefs. Highly recommended for those who want to live an authentic, fun and tasty experience in Florence!
I already knew how to make tiramisu, but I still improved the technique a lot. With pizza instead I discovered that I could not make it properly and I acquired a lot of useful information. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is perfect: a 15-minute walk after getting off the train and we arrived.
It was a really fun and educational experience, the location beautiful and central, Asia a young chef, but very prepared and passionate! I didn't expect to be able to produce with my own hands something so good :) I would recommend SiChef to anyone looking for a Cooking Experience in Florence!
Asia was great! We had a great time and my kids loved it. I will definitely come back. She taught us the reasons for doing certain things and kept my kids engaged. The best experience we had in Florence!
