Leer verse pasta maken, zoals onze grootmoeders ze in Italië maakten. Wij leren u elk proces en staan u bij om u elke stap te leren. WIJ BEREIDEN 3 SOORTEN VERSE PASTA zoals RAVIOLI, TORTELLI en PAPPARDELLE, en tegelijkertijd bereidt de chef-kok ook bijpassende sauzen zoals boter en salie, arrabbiata en ouderwetse Toscaanse ragù U hoeft niets mee te nemen, want al het materiaal wordt door ons aangeboden. Uiteindelijk eten we alles wat we hebben bereid. Tijdens de ervaring kunnen we goede Toscaanse wijn of onbeperkt drinken Onze kookschool is gevestigd in een middeleeuwse toren uit de 13e eeuw, op een steenworp afstand van de Koepel van Brunelleschi. Waar je de lucht en het leven van Dante Alighieri, vader van de Italiaanse taal, zult inademen, omdat de toren waar we zullen koken toebehoorde aan de familie van zijn vrouw.

The experience was amazing, the class very fun and educational. Chef Lorenzo made us all laugh and was very good at explaining and showing us how to make different types of pasta. We got to try our creations, some of the best food in italy.
My guide was Lorenzo and he was amazing. Super kind, funny, and great with everyone! He was the actual best! The pasta we made was so good and I had so much fun(even as someone who doesn’t usually like to cook)!
The chef and the class was totally amazing
I cannot recommend this class enough. Who wouldn't want to make pasta while in Italy? The best part is, you get an amazing lunch, lots of wine, and a fun two plus hour experience in a beautiful setting all for what lunch would have cost at a restaurant. Plus, it was fun to meet the other folks in the small (15 person) class, talk about their experiences in town, and the instructor we had (Lorenzo) made everyone feel at home with his instruction and humor. This would be a wonderful time for anyone be it an individual, couple, or family!
Great experience overall! This is a group activity with around 20 people in which you get hands-on experience making the pasta bases for three different courses, and then the chef prepares them in different styles. At the end, everyone eats together in the same space where the pasta was made. One thing to keep in mind is that you’ll be eating a mix of everyone’s pasta creations rather than just the dishes you personally prepared. The drinks are self-serve and unlimited, and the chef was very friendly.
Chef Sal was fantastic and an excellent instructor. The class was informative and provided detailed instructions. It was fun and engaging! The pasta was delicious and a meal at the end. We would highly recommend this experience to anyone.

Eduardo was amazing!!! Although we are American and speak English, he made my mother, a Peruvian and Spanish speaker, feel included. His instruction was easy to follow and his sauces were incredible! We only hope we can reproduce them. We were given a QR code for the recipes but they did not come up. Maybe someone can email them to me?
What a fantastic event. We participated with our 3 adult daughters. We eat, we drank, and we learned how to make pasta. We would highly recommend this!!
Definitely on my top three things we did this trip! Made three types of pasta from scratch and enjoyed them all at the end with delicious wine that never ended ! We are now motivated to try making pasta at home.
