Amazing experience! 🍝🍷 We had so much fun with Chef Lorenzo! He was friendly, patient, and made the class so easy to follow. We made three different types of pasta and enjoyed every minute of it. Then we got to sit down and enjoy everything we made with delicious, unlimited wine! 🍷 Definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. We highly recommend this experience! 🇮🇹❤️

Overall it was good but the situation with the seats really got to me being a solo traveler doesn’t mean you get to be pushed over because you’re seating arrangements were disorganized and inconsiderate
10/10 recommend! Dani was a great host, he made the whole experience very fun and helped us make some delicious pasta! If you’re in Florence, you need to do this!

We started our class at 2:30 pm and the place has I believe 5 different demonstration areas so can easily accommodate over 100 people. Our chef, Leonardo, was a great instructor, explaining both the techniques and reasons for them. He also explained variations between the ragu recipes in Florence and Bologna. We made 3 different types of pasta; Tortellini, ravioli and pappadelle. Our chef the cooked all the pasta types separately, so you do not get to eat your own pasta. The ravioli was served in a butter sause, the tortellini was served in a tomato sauce and the pappadelle was served with the ragu made at the first of the class. Wine was available and not regulated, so you could have as much as you liked.
