Leer verse pasta maken, zoals onze grootmoeders ze in Italië maakten. Wij leren u elk proces en staan u bij om u elke stap te leren. Aangeboden in een kookschool in een middeleeuwse toren uit de 13e eeuw, op een steenworp afstand van de Koepel van Brunelleschi. Waar je de lucht en het leven van Dante Alighieri, vader van de Italiaanse taal, zult inademen, omdat de toren waar we zullen koken toebehoorde aan de familie van zijn vrouw.

Giavonni is an amazing teacher and chef! He made the class lively and entertaining! This class is a must when in Florence!!
This was a really awesome family experience. We learned a lot and had loads of fun. My only problem was the chef collected all the pasta and cooked it together so the pasta we ate was not the pasta we made. Kinda hard to separate when it’s a large class but we expected to eat the pasta we made ourselves. Other than that it was amazing.
Chef Giovanni AKA Gigi was wonderful and lots of fun! Great teacher and easy to follow along

A little warm but all was amazing. Food was delicious. The best Italian I have ever made/tasted.
I would highly recommend doing this class! It was a very fun way of spending the evening with a bunch of friendly strangers, making pasta and drinking wine. You can eat and drink essentiallyas much as you want. Our chef/guide was super friendly and outgoing, and made this a special experience.
