Leef je beste Italiaanse leven met onze interactieve kookworkshop ontworpen voor liefhebbers van eten die de echte smaken van Italië onder de knie willen krijgen. Onder begeleiding van onze professionele chef-kok ontrafel je de geheimen om perfecte, handgemaakte verse pasta naar je eigen eettafel te brengen, volgens de klassieke recepten van de traditionele Italiaanse school. De reis begint bij onze gespecialiseerde culinaire studio aan de Via Scialoja 13R. Met een glas gekoelde Prosecco in de hand duik je in de kunst van het maken van twee verschillende soorten pasta: een rijke, gevulde eierpasta en een klassieke griesmeelpasta – beide gecombineerd met levendige sauzen die ter plekke vers worden bereid. Je zult ook de legendarische Tiramisu beheersen en leren hoe je een perfecte Italiaanse Spritz wakker schudden – de ultieme aperitivo. We sluiten de ervaring af in echte Italiaanse stijl met traditionele koffie en een gekoeld glas Limoncello.

Niccolo was amazing and super funny! He was very knowledgeable about the food and shared some wonderful stories about his experience in Florence and running the cooking class. I booked this experience for my honeymoon. Luckily, we were the only ones there which made the class more intimate and gave us more opportunities to interact with Niccolo and ensure the dishes turned out wonderfully. Couldn’t image a more perfect way to start our time in Florence! Also, between the two types of pastas, drinks, and dessert, we were stuffed! Most importantly, I would describe Niccolo like a character straight out of Netflix Italian rom-com (we told him the same and he laughed). I would highly recommend booking this class as a group, couple or individual. You will not regret it. When we go back to Florence, I will definitely be booking again.

Great time making two different pasta dishes and a tiramisu. Nicollo was a fantastic teacher and host, taking us through making pasta the way his grandmother did! Highly recommend!

There was only the 2 of us in this class and we spent a wonderful evening cooking with Niccolo. What a nice and smart young man with excellent cooking skills. Learned how to make spagetti and ravioli and Tiramisu from scratch in a cozy and clean kitchen. He used very good ingredients as well. At first, I thought he was British because he spoke English so well. We were served proseco and Niccolo made us a delicious Aperol spritz and it was the best pasta meal we’d had in Florence and Rome! Simple but so well cooked and flavorful. We enjoyed Niccolo so much, next trip, we will join him for his pizza making class.

Our family had an awesome time in this cooking class in Florence! We made fresh pasta, gnocchi and ravioli, and tiramisu from scratch, laughed the whole way through, and actually learned so much. It felt so real and relaxed being in a home-style kitchen rather than a restaurant. We know that all of this feels totally doable at home. Of the 3 cooking classes that I did on this trip in Florence, this was the best by far. The pace was just right (neither too fast nor too slow). Both the chef (Alessandro) and the host (Nicolo?) were very patient, explaining things along the way, and answered many questions. There was also a bit of light hearted goofing around too. We made spaghetti, ravioli, and tiramisu, all of which came out fabulous. I had already recommended this to other travellers I subsequently encountered and will do this again, if I had the chance.
