- Voor alle verhuur is een geldig staats- of federaal identiteitsbewijs vereist voor de borg: een borg van $ 250 voor één huurder en $ 100 per persoon voor twee of meer huurders. Wanneer de fietsen worden teruggebracht, wordt de borg binnen 24 uur teruggestort op de creditcard en wordt het identiteitsbewijs geretourneerd.
- Leeftijdsvereiste: U moet ouder zijn dan 18 jaar om te huren. Als u 18 jaar of jonger bent, moet een ouder of wettelijke voogd het formulier Vrijwaring van aansprakelijkheid ondertekenen.
- De Details van de storting: Voor alle verhuur is een geldig Amerikaans identiteitsbewijs, buitenlands paspoort of creditcard aanvaardbaar voor borgsommen.
- Kleding aanbevelingen: Kleed je seizoensgebonden en draag comfortabele kleding die niet te los zit, samen met schoenen met gesloten teen voor de veiligheid.
- Late vergoedingen: Hoewel we uw huur niet direct kunnen verlengen, brengt het retourneren van uw fiets na de oorspronkelijke huurperiode een late vergoeding van $ 15 per uur per fiets en $ 25 per uur voor elektrische fietsen of scooters met zich mee.

Reserved e-bikes months out for 24 hour rental. Arrived to find out they rented them all out. We had to wait an extra hour before two e-bikes returned. When we got them, one didn’t last because the battery they gave us was only charged at 78%. Had to return early because they fail to disclose that certain hotels will not let you charge e-bikes. Also, to note, they do not rent out bike locks for e-bikes so our museum tour had to be cancelled. Also, they failed to disclose that the baskets they rent out won’t fit on e-bikes as well. We had to carry our food and drinks in a paper bag that eventually tore and spilled all over the busy road in Central Park. All in all it was a horrible day that we sadly regret booking with this company.

I travel a lot and I’ve rented bikes all over the US and also in Europe. This bike was the crummiest I’ve ever rented. There are lots of bike rental places around Central Park, I’d recommend checking them out. People in the park riding bikes from other companies seemed to be having a better experience than I was!
Everything was great except we didn’t get bike locks with our E bike rental. We couldn’t do all the sightseeing around Central Park. We were planning because we couldn’t leave the bikes alone.
