Fiets het Toscaanse platteland in en geniet van een wijn- (één glas) en olijfolieproeverij op onze beste tijdgeteste, schilderachtige 4-uur durende kleine groepsfietstocht vanuit Florence met een professionele en deskundige Gids. Verlaat Florence met de fiets en de kust door prachtige landschappen, langs prachtige aristocratische villa's, lommerrijke olijfgaarden en glooiende wijngaarden. Stop bij een prachtige landelijke locatie die ook een producent is van ambachtelijke extra vergine olijfolie, gecombineerd met vers Toscaans brood, smakelijke Toscaanse vleeswaren en een glas lokale Chianti Classico wijn, voordat u op de terugweg naar Florence het mooiere landschap in u opneemt. Alle producten zijn zelf geproduceerd of lokaal geproduceerd. Dit is de beste manier om de groene schoonheid van Toscane te ervaren, direct buiten de stad, en om te genieten van een balans van fietsen, het bewonderen van een prachtig landschap en genieten van de gastronomische specialiteiten van het gebied.

We ontmoeten elkaar op onze rustige vergaderlocatie in de minder toeristische en authentieke wijk "Oltrarno" van Florence Bel de bel "We Like Toscane" naast de poort

Verken dit verbazingwekkende kleine Toscaanse dorp waar Galileo woonde, omgeven door olijfplantages, geweldige panorama's en kleine wegen. We stoppen dan bij een landelijke locatie die ook een boerderij is om een glas Chianti-wijn en ter plaatse gemaakte olijfolie te proeven, vergezeld van geweldige lokale vleeswaren.

Er zijn 4 heuvels om te beklimmen tijdens de tour, dus houd rekening met uw conditie of vraag ons van tevoren om te upgraden naar een e-bike als u niet op zoek bent naar een training (beperkte beschikbaarheid).
- Een minimum van 2 personen per boeking is vereist. Er is een mogelijkheid tot annulering na bevestiging als er niet genoeg passagiers zijn om aan de vereisten te voldoen. Als dit gebeurt, krijgt u een alternatief of volledige restitutie aangeboden
- We lopen de tour regen of zonneschijn. Werkt in alle weersomstandigheden, kleed u alstublieft op de juiste manier
- Alle passagiershoogten en -gewichten MOETEN op het moment van boeking worden aangegeven
- Houd er rekening mee dat we geen fietsleerschool zijn
- Zonnebrillen en zonnebrandcrème worden aanbevolen
- Kan worden beheerd door een meertalige gids

Great tour … would have enjoyed more time in Tuscany and less time biking the city streets of Florence. Guide was very nice and kept us safe and comfortable as well as engaged with interesting facts and history of the region. The cycling itself was hilly but not particularly challenging given the short distance. It felt like we were heading back to the city too quickly and then rounding the city streets to kill time until the tour was over. The guide was kindly trying to enable us to use the full time of the tour but we would have preferred more in the countryside.

We had so much fun riding the e-bikes around the Florence hills. The views were beautiful. It was fun to be on little roads with all the flowers and stopping at a local winery.

It was a simple bike tour that you could do on your own, there was a glass of cheap wine and “a light lunch” (two tiny pieces of cheese and two thin slices of ham) they offer more wine and they charged 5 euros for the second serving!!!! Don’t offer as a courtesy if you’re going to charge on the way out, that’s cheap and classless. The guide was decent, but there was no “tuscany experience other than riding the mountains around Florence, stay away from this rip offs

Even though we believe the tour was delivered exactly as advertised, we still offered you a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill and respect toward your disappointment. We understand that perhaps you expected a full refund instead, but choosing afterwards to leave a 1 star review damaging the work of a small local business feels honestly unfair. The Florence & Tuscany Half Day Bike Tour is exactly that: a scenic guided bike ride through the Florence hills and countryside with a light Tuscanappetiser stop included. At no point on our website, booking page, or confirmation emails do we advertise a full lunch, unlimited wine, or a winery experience with structured tastings and presentations. Additional food or drinks are optional and charged separately by the venue, exactly as happens in any restaurant or wine bar in Italy. The €5 charge requested by them is, in fact, below the average price in Florence and, frankly, quite reasonable. And it was clearly communicated from the guide that additional glasses were not included. We were also informed that you received an additional glass of wine without paying for it, as it was kindly covered by another guest in the group. We are a small independent company and our team works extremely hard every single day to create authentic experiences for our guests. Every year, thousands of travellers join our tours and the overwhelming majority leave enthusiastic reviews because they carefully read and understand the type of experience they are booking. For this reason, receiving a 1 star review over expectations that were never part of the tour description is something we find genuinely offensive and undeserved. We respectfully disagree with the statement that this was a “rip off,” and we encourage future readers to look through the many detailed 5 star reviews available, which speak for themselves. The hilly route affords unbelievable views of Florence and the countryside. We had a wonderful time! If you aren’t a regular bicyclist I’d recommend upgrading to an ebike. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
Great experience. Knowledgeable, entertaining and accommodating guide. Learned a lot and had a fun ride, as well as great discussions. One long, hard hill at the beginning (didn't use an e-bike, so it was a workout), but other than that it was a relatively easy ride. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our bike ride with Giacomo and Mateo. We were staying in Florence and wanted to see some of Tuscany by bike.This was the perfect outing. Aside from the beautiful scenery even on this cloudy day, we learned a lot about the olive oil and wines. Snacks were really more of a lunch and were great, I highly recommend this morning adventure into the countryside
