Fietstochten door Hanoi: fietstochten van een halve dag op het platteland van Hanoi

Excellent tour, we really enjoyed getting into the countryside. Our guides Hoa, An and Thuong were careful and attentive, especially in the parts when we cycled in the traffic in Hanoi and we felt very safe with them. Highlights included the bonsai tree family home, and the lotus flowers, and of course the banh mi at the end! We rode e-bikes and I’m glad we did as we went about 34km and we aren’t usually cyclists so that gave us a little boost. Thank you so much!

Brian was an excellent guide. The traffic in Hanoi is chaotic but Brian guided me through just fine. Once we got out of the city, it was very peaceful biking. This is a great tour if you’re looking for a unique view of the countryside. We stopped at a family broom making business, rice fields, a delightful visit with a local couple and their amazing bonsai garden. This tour was a highlight for me. Highly recommend Brian and his team.

Brilliant time with Sunni, Kai and team. It was fabulous to cycle through the city, suburbs, across the old bridge and into the countryside. Lots to see, plenty of stop, take picture and learn more about the Vietnamese culture and way of life. Great fun and highly recommend this tour!

We loved our bicycle tour with Emma! She was an amazing guide who is very knowledgeable about the area and its history. Emma and her team ensured that we were safe, well hydrated and enjoying our experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this tour and if you are lucky enough to have Emma as your guide it will be a bonus!

Happy was an excellent tour guide who went above and beyond to support us, especially as we were traveling with a young child. The tour took us to places we would not have considered visiting on our own. The bike ride was beautiful, and our favorite part was visiting an elderly couple in one of the oldest homes, where we enjoyed tea and learned about their life in Vietnam. Happy was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout the experience. Thank you for such a wonderful morning and a delicious lunch.

We did the back street/country bike tour in Hanoi and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From start to finish, we all had an awesome time—such a fun and unique way to see parts of the city on motorbikes and push bikes that you’d never normally experience. Riding through the backstreets and out into the countryside gave us a real feel for local life, far beyond the usual tourist spots. It was well organised, felt safe, and the pace was perfect for everyone in the group. Our guide was fantastic—super friendly, knowledgeable, and spoke really good English, which made everything easy and enjoyable. They made sure we were comfortable the whole way and added plenty of interesting insights along the tour. They all looked after our friend’s father who is 69 really well Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great fun, great people, and a great way to explore!

This was an exciting and interesting trip! Riding the scooter from our hotel to the bike shop was thrilling. Lol. The bicycle trip out of the city was through a lot of traffic but we felt safe with Kai riding the scooter behind us . It's about 20 miles total on the bike so you should be used to riding. Not for beginners. Meeting locals and riding through the rice farms and different villages was really sweet. We had refreshments at one place and then lunch after the ride. Our guide Brian was great. Very personable and informative. A splendid day.

Our guide Brian had 4 helpers on 2 scooters who did a fabulous job supporting us to get out of Hanoi. All the team members are lovely & helpful. We visited places outside the city & you really felt in the countryside. The Lotus & Waterlily gardens were beautiful and we even got an unexpected ride back on a ferry !

Brian was our guide along with his support staff for our Hanoi bike tour. He arranged for his support staff to pick us up by car at our hotel to take us to our lunch spot. We were treated to a delicious meal of Bun Cha. We then met Brian and he drove us to the countryside to pick up our bikes. We rode our bikes with Brian on roads that were not busy. He took us to meet an elderly Vietnamese gentleman who invited us to have tea at his home. We had a nice conversation learning about his life and his home and garden which were filled with bonsai plants. We also visited a group of ladies who made brooms by hand. It was an interesting tour of the countryside and rice fields. Brian was a very attentive host and he spoke English very well. We would recommend this tour to anyone. You don’t have to be an experienced rider. These guys were very helpful.
