Veiligheid staat voorop! Voordat we u op weg sturen, zorgen we ervoor dat u precies het juiste voertuig voor uw comfort heeft, of het nu een fiets of elektrisch voertuig is. Als je denkt dat je met een helm moet fietsen, laat het ons dan weten en wij zorgen ervoor dat je er een hebt. Onze Expert medewerkers zullen ervoor zorgen dat u weet hoe u uw gekozen voertuig moet bedienen en u er eerst op laten rijden om ervoor te zorgen dat u zich er comfortabel bij voelt en weet hoe het werkt. We hebben verschillende routes om uit te kiezen waar u gemakkelijk op eigen houtje op uit kunt trekken. Scan gewoon de code en de route wordt geopend in Googlemaps. (Zorg ervoor dat uw kaarten zijn ingesteld op fiets en niet auto voor routes). Duizenden mensen hebben dit gedaan, en we hebben nog geen persoon verloren. Als u liever een rondleiding wilt, kunnen we dat ook regelen. (Gids aanvragen moeten ruim van tevoren worden gedaan).

- Hulpdieren toegestaan

Had the best day! The naps are helpful, was a bit tricky to understand on google maps but we got the hang of it - really great experience and nice bikes.

The two guys who manage the rental are very kind and organized. Numerous bicycles with a lot of variety on offer. The ride to Marken is also doable as a family, just be careful of the wind!!
We had fantastic customer service from Rent and Event. We only needed to hire two bikes as our rental property had two existing bikes. But even still, the lady who served us showed us how to navigate the locks on our current bikes. We were given routes, tips and directions as well as vouchers for restaurants.These were very good value. All in alll an excellent experience
When we came to pick up the bike, our order was not registered in the system. But, the staff did a quick check in their email and found the order. After that, we got a brief explanation about the route we can take etc. He suggested the suitable bikes for the whole family. The rest was just a lovely biking ride trip in the area. Definitely a recommended service.
We rented 7 bikes last Monday to cycle a beautiful trip through Waterland. On arrival there were 7 very nice bikes waiting for us and we were welcomed by very nice staff! This certainly contributed to our beautiful bike ride.
For a nice price, a beautiful route allowed cycling, bikes turned out to be brand new .definitely worth repeating

It was a fantastic bike ride we made from Volendam! We were lucky with the summer weather (and that in September!) but apart from that the bike ride was fantastic! We drove from Volendam to Monnickendam, then to Broek in Waterland (really recommended, so beautiful!) and then via Zuiderwoude to Uitdam. It was a beautiful trip with nice stops at a mill, a cheese farm, the port of Monnickendam and the pancake house in Broek in Waterland. In Uitdam we rented sups with which we paddled around on the water, not kept dry of course! Then we drove to Marken, stopped at the lighthouse and then took the boat back. What a beautiful route! Highly recommended to do when visiting Volendam! The surrounding villages have so much to offer!

Ridden around on the e-fatbike from Volendam to Edam to warden, Mediation and back again via Edam! Super experience!
Beste Chantal, Wat leuk om te horen dat jullie zo'n leuke ervaring gehad hebben op de elektrische fietsen in en rondom Volendam! Het was leuk om jullie te mogen verwelkomen en we hopen jullie natuurlijk nog een keer te zien in het mooie Volendam!
We rented on holiday 3 regular bikes, 1 bike trailer and a bike seat. This reservation would be confirmed to us by telephone. Until the day before we hadn't heard anything, so I went there myself and it turned out that they never confirm by phone. Our reservation was just booked. The next day we picked up the bikes. Instead of a bicycle seat, a children’s bike was ready, which they luckily quickly changed. The straps in the bike trailer were long-lasting on one side and no longer usable, on the other hand I stabbed each other wrongly (we rectified the latter ourselves after our daughter escaped from the straps). The strap that you would have to stretch over the two seats lacked a fixing so was not usable either. The bike trailer was properly attached to the bike, but its security was not. We did this ourselves. Left there we had to come back three times. The tires of the bike trailer were very flat, 1 bike his saddle danced along and when we were just about to take the ferry we saw that the bike seat was not properly mounted on the luggage rack at all, really dangerous! These things the firm put right, so we could finally leave. Eventually made a nice and fun bike ride, but On the way I still had problems with a Bike with too flat tires and a bike whose brakes did not work properly. Too bad! So if you rent bikes here, please check everything carefully before you leave! Especially if you have small children with you!
