Het heiligdom van Fatima, formeel genoemd door de katholieke kerk als heiligdom van Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van de Rozenkrans van Fatima, is een Marian-heiligdom gewijd aan Onze-Lieve-Vrouw van Fatima, gelegen in de plaats Cova da Iria, in de stad Fatima, gemeente Ourém, in Portugal. . Hij werd onderscheiden met drie pauselijke gouden rozen en bezocht door paus Paulus VI (1967), Johannes Paulus II (1982, 1991 en 2000), Benedictus XVI (2010) en Francis (2017).
