Tulum is door UNESCO uitgeroepen tot werelderfgoed. Een van de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in Tulum zijn de Maya-ruïnes, gelegen op een klif met uitzicht op de Caribische Zee. Het is de meest fotogenieke plek van het hele land. Onder de klif ligt Paradise Beach, dat wordt beschouwd als een van de mooiste stranden van de Riviera Maya. Onze gediplomeerde gidsen zullen u alle verborgen wonderen in Tulum uitleggen.
Coba heeft de hoogste piramide van de staat: Nohuch Mul, een prachtig balveld en een verscheidenheid aan andere structuren die je kunt ontdekken. Onze gecertificeerde gidsen zullen uitleg geven voordat je aankomt op de archeologische vindplaats en dan heb je vrije tijd om alle verborgen wonderen in Coba te verkennen, we hebben ongeveer 1,5 uur om de plaats te verkennen. Daarna heeft u ongeveer 1 uur de tijd om te genieten van de streekgerechten in het restaurant. *Vanwege de COVID-19-noodsituatie is het momenteel niet toegestaan om de Nohoch Mul-piramide te beklimmen.
Je hebt ongeveer een uur om deze heilige cenote te verkennen en te zwemmen op het kristalheldere water. Kom en geniet van deze prachtige plek om verbinding te maken met de natuur. Houd er rekening mee dat de bezochte cenote kan variëren, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden, logistiek of schema-aanpassingen.
Als u tussen Cancun en Playa del Carmen verblijft, kunt u de belangrijkste laan van Playa del Carmen verkennen, namelijk de Fifth Avenue, waar u kunt wandelen en de verschillende soorten winkels en de tropische sfeer kunt zien die alleen kan wonen in de Riviera Maya

Deze tour is alleen voor hotels in Cancun, Puerto Morelos en Riviera Maya tot Playa del Carmen. We halen je op in de lobby van je hotel in de Hotel Zone, als je in het centrum of Airbnb bent, geven we je ontmoetingspunt aan. Laat het ons weten in welk hotel je verblijft, zodat we via Viator, sms of e-mail het exacte uur en de plaats van je ophaling kunnen bevestigen. Een vertegenwoordiger van ons bedrijf neemt contact met u op. Ophalen van Cancun begint om 07:00 uur. Ophalen van Riviera Maya begint om 8:00 uur.

The tour guide(s) didn't speak much English, although the tour description specifically states "Tour Language: English - Guide". We were handed over to a different tour guide for Coba, he didn't seem too knowledgeable and his English was very limited.

Three of us were picked up by van in Playacar area around 9 am as indicated to us. We were driven to a bus with toilet and air conditioning and the bus driver remained in the bus at all stops so our valuables were secure. The tour guide "Ernest" was very good, providing us with interesting facts and recommendations at each part of the tour. We visited Tulum first. Then we went to a MAYAN village for a Mayan ceremony and buffet lunch (which was great) and a swim in the Kuxtal cenote (instead of cenote Tankach-Ha that was stated in the tour description). Lifejackets were required but only cost 50 pesos. We were told by the guide that our photo would be taken for entry purposes to the Mayan village. However, the young person who took our photo used the photo without our permission to create a label for liquor that he was selling for $20 US. We bought the bottle with our photo on it, but the young person still has our photo on his camera which I didn't like. We arrived at COBA, paid $5 for the tax and another $4 for a bike rental. We were only given an hour to explore (instead of the 2 hours stated in the description) and since the largest ruin was approx. 3 miles in the woods meant that we had to rent the bikes which were old, single speed, and pedal braking but functional. Also our guide was not allowed on the COBA site so we had to either explore on our own or hire a local guide. We chose to explore on our own on the bikes. By the way, people can not climb up the Coba ruins any more which was disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed the tour but Viator should update their derscription to reflect the tour changes.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience with this tour group. The guides were very knowledgeable and took great care of us. The bus also had a bathroom in it which was a plus. The only things that I was bothered with was the fact that the description says breakfast and lunch included. But we only had lunch which was a late lunch. (Food was amazing). The bus also arrived 30 minutes late . And after touring Tulum,Coba and the Cenote we headed to Playa del Carmen which a lot of people didn’t know was on the schedule and we’re disappointed since it had already been a long day and people just wanted to go back to their hotels. All in all it was a fun day and I would recommend this tour.
