Family Foodies-ervaring in Hua Hin, Thailand

I cant recommend this tour enough - it was a fantastic morning learning about and tasting dishes from different areas of Thailand. There were 3 adults and 2 kids in our party. We were met at reception by Leigh and our guide Cream. Cream is a wonderful guide, so knowledgeable and so willing to answer any questions, on top of that she is great with the kids as well. 1st stop was for noodles, three type of soup and one dish which was dried noodles. Also deep fried quail eggs and minced pork. Cream took the time to answers all question including the use of the various condiments. Then on to a lovely garden setting for Isan food, chicken, sticky rice, soup, pork. After that we were taken to a restaurant specialising in norther dishes, sorry no photos of that as the food was demolished before the camera could come out, there were various types of spiced sausage, Pad Thai and Khao Soi. All very tasty and again Cream was informative and engaging the whole time. Finally the Cat Caffe, with mid blowing Ice Cream and great Coffee. Coconut Ice Cream with egg yolk and sweetcorn - sound mad - tastes fantastic. Ice Cream will never taste the same back home. Then before heading back to the hotel a little tour round some fruit stalls where we could try and buy all sorts of fresh and dried fruits. One piece of advise - don't have a big breakfast before this tour. There is so much food, all of it really tasty. Cream made the tour even more special. Always willing to answer any questions and impart information. She was great with the kids as well. 100% do this trip if you get the chance.

We were driven to 3 different locations where we could taste many different dishes from Thai cuisine. Little tip: leave some room for the next meal at each stop- it's a lot:) The children also liked some things - especially the ice cream at the end ;)

We love food but have a kid who is pretty fussy, so we thought our days of food tours were over. How fantastic then, to find that Feast Thailand had a tour designed especially with families like ours in mind. We ate delicious food and our son tried things we never expected that he would. As our son said afterwards, Cream is the best tour guide ever. We couldn’t agree more!

We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this tour from the professionalism of our guide, Belle, to the range of foods sampled, to the extraordinary range of produce at the markets to the amazing selection of drinks - especially the rose tea and iced black coffee! We even had a chance to try our hand at making a Thai Salad - delicious. Stops were so varied and owners of restaurants friendly and welcoming. An absolute must do if you are in Hua Hin. We loved it so much we booked the Locals Sunset Tour a couple of nights later

Review - Australian family (2 adults 1 child 8 years). After reading many positive reviews about Feast we booked a Kids'n'All tour over the phone with Leigh who was very professional with the booking and her service. We were delighted when we had Cream as our guide as I had read many good reviews about her tours. Cream was fantastic, giving us the real authentic Thai food experience. When they said come hungry - they meant it! - There is food galore! Everything from noodles, bbq, seafood, fruit, drinks and much much more. Our 8 year old boy who is usually a plain eater tried many of the different dishes on offer, as Cream would cater different dishes to our families taste. Highly recommended - Easiest tour company I dealt with while on our holiday.

Went on the food tour with 10 family members during our stay in Hua Hin. Have to say it was a great experience. The people involved in the organising of the tours are gems... they take the time to meet you at the start and end of the gig, the girls that accompany you to the restaurants are engaging and helpfull to a fault... cant thank them enough. Now for the food... you get the chance to sample stuff you normally wouldnt go for left to your own devices, that was best thing about it. All the dishes we had were good although there is always going to be something that is a challenge to our taste buds..!!! To be honest we tried everything put in front of us... I would advise you are almost dropping with hunger when you go, there is a lot to get through... also go at the start of your holiday so you will still have a heathy appetite. After several days of the sun and heat it does effect your volume intake..!! All in all a great experience. Thanks Feast Thailand.
