Went with the Big Red Bus, Open top Bus trip to Famagusta and Verosha. Great tour lasted about 6.5 hours. Picked up near hotel traveled to border crossing, very easy crossing then on to Famagusta Walled city had 1.5 hours free time to explore, back on Bus then on to Verosha gost town had a guided walk around the closed zone lasting 30 minutes then 2 hours free time to go to beach or further explore the gost town, what an amazing place to visit, so spooky walking round empty streets and seeing these empty places. We'll worth a visit

This trip is an absolute must do when in Cyprus. Michael is a lovely guy, very friendly and great at what he does! Famagusta is amazing - unlike anything I’ve ever seen before! I’d definitely recommend the private tour over the red bus or coach - the car is comfortable and air conditioned. The scenery is eerie but beautiful too, this was the highlight of my holiday by far and I’d happily recommend the tour. I’d love to do it again on a future trip! My advice, book it, you won’t be disappointed.

We booked a private tour to Varosha and Famagusta and it turned out to be one of the most memorable experiences of our trip. Michael was an exceptional guide - very informative, engaging and easy to talk to. His knowledge of the history and background of Varosha really brought the place to life and made the experience even more meaningful. He was also extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were travelling as a family with our 2-year-old and he made sure we were comfortable at all times, allowing us to go at our own pace without ever feeling rushed. The tour itself was incredibly interesting and well organised. Visiting Varosha is a unique experience and having a guide like Michael made it even more special.
