Je bezoekt de Alyeska Pipeline en leert over de grote geschiedenis van de pijplijn.

De displays van het museum zijn de beste samenvatting van de gevarieerde flora en fauna, mensen en landen van Alaska. Bekijk originele installaties over de dinosauriërs van Alaska en de studie die mogelijk is gemaakt door hun collecties. Ervaar adembenemende architectuur en uitzicht op de Alaska Range. Dit museum is net zo uniek als de Arctische culturen die we vieren.
Het Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitor Centre ligt aan de oevers van de rivier de Chena in het centrum van Fairbanks. Dit gemeenschapscentrum is vernoemd naar een inheemse en politieke leider in Alaska en viert de inheemse cultuur en natuurlijke geschiedenis van Alaska door middel van interessante tentoonstellingen, inheemse kunst en gereedschappen en levensgrote panorama's die de natuur en landschappen van Alaska door de seizoenen heen weergeven.
Je kunt de Noordpool niet bezoeken en "de man" zelf missen. Echte rendieren en een ongelooflijk assortiment aan kerstspulletjes en -cadeaus, samen met fudge, koekjes en ijs.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De ophaaltijd varieert tussen 08.45 uur en 09.30 uur voor de ochtendtour. We nemen de dag voor je tour contact met je op met je exacte ophaaltijd. We kunnen alleen ophalen bij hotels binnen de stadsgrenzen van Fairbanks of Noordpool. We halen niet op van het vliegveld. Als u in een Air BnB verblijft, neem dan rechtstreeks contact met ons op voor de dichtstbijzijnde ophaallocatie. Als u buiten de stadsgrenzen verblijft, kunnen we u ophalen bij Walmart of een andere hotellocatie. Bel gerust met ons kantoor om de mogelijkheden te bespreken.

Our tour guide was Pepper and she was a local. She was well versed and gave an excellent tour with background information and history through out the tour. We visited many locations around Fairbanks. We got to visit the actual town of North Pole which was very special. Pepper was very informative, friendly and patient. The tour was well paced and very interesting.

Great small group tour of Fairbanks hitting several major cultural stops and Santa’s Village. It was clear our tour guide Pepper loves her job and her city and is delighted to share it with people. She was enthusiastic and accommodating of our interests and told great stories, giving a lot of tidbits of information along the way. Seeing both the Museum of the North and the Morris Cultural center gave us such a great overview of the people here. I’d recommend this tour to anyone with limited time as it covers many highlights in a short time,
The guys were amazing! We arrived 1 day early to settle in and booked our tour. Our guide was incredible, very knowledgeable and informative, and fun! She made the tour even better with her great personality. We also had 2 other folks from the company as well, the “Boss” and a very friendly media person. All in all this was a great way to start our vacation and we highly recommend these folks, definitely 5 stars+! Thanks guys!
The amazing staff guided the tour specially for our group and adjusted as needed for our friends with limited mobility. The van driver fed the energy and kept our eyes and ears engaged. They were diligent to follow up during activities to ensure we all enjoyed the experiences for as much or as little as we wanted to engage. A superb tour group I would use again and recommend to all who are visiting the area.

Informative, lots of variety an get to travel around Fairbanks. Bonus was to see moose. Blake tour guide was friendly.
Our guide Savvy was very, very good personable and knowledgeable. The Van was quite comfortable. There was only one admission fee which the guide paid for at the college museum of the north. To us, this stop was a waste of time and money. The other stops where very good with the pipeline being questionable. Tour ran about 1 hour more than advertised. All in all a good tour and a decent price worth the money.
We found the museum at the college. Pretty dull. Other than that, almost everything was pretty okay. Pipeline fifty-fifty.
