Extreme Bungee Jumping in Monteverde

Deze spannende tour duurt 1 tot 2 uur plus tijd voor transport. De bungee-sprong in Monteverde bestaat uit het afspringen van een tram, die zich verplaatst op kabels die worden aangedreven door een motor, in het midden van een vallei. De extreme sprong is 143 meter boven de grond. Het minimumgewicht van de jumper is 50 kg. en het maximale gewicht is 113kg. Vervoer is inbegrepen.

The experience was amazing. The staff and the equipment was so professional that I wasn't afraid at all. I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

I was scary but full of fun and excitement. It made me scared for few seconds and when world turned upside down it all felt calm inside. The guys who helped with getting set up were very friendly and understanding. They were great when I asked them to push me it was fun that they pushed me on 3 on count of 3, 2, 1 we were laughing when we saw the video.
Do not book this company via Viator. Pickup service did not come and I was trying to reach out and I did not get respond. Viator customer service helped me, but the company itself did not respond. Its been 2 days and I am waiting to get a respond and refund. Very unprofesional, I do not recommend. I went bungeejumping through a different company and that was way better. My advice; book it through another company!
I was very disappointed with their customer service. They didn't also any videos or photography of our own and then charged an absurd 40 USD for 2 10 second videos and a picture. One of the videos was sped up 3x speed and had no audio and out of the 4 pictures they took they only gave me one saying that the go pro wasn't working properly. You would think that will the insane amount of money for these videos and pictures they would invest in working equipment. They were unreasonable and didn't even entertain any talk of reasonable recompensation for these messed up videos and pictures. The workers were also very unfriendly and looked bored and uninterested. I didn't see a single smile and they ignored my attempts at friendly conversation (i was speaking fluent Spanish). Kind of ruined an experience that would have been amazing.
Such a cool experience! I felt safe the entire time and even though it was absolutely terrifying it was one of the highlights of my trip! I left with amazing memories (and videos) and would do it again in a heartbeat!!
My adult children (ages 23, 24) rated this the highlight of our weeklong adventure trip. It was fun watching them from the observation deck. They felt very safe and it was definitely an adventure. First time to bungee jump and would do it again. They were surprised how smooth it was as they did not feel jerked back at all. The highest bungee jump in Central America. If you are going to do this - there is no better place with amazing views.
