Tu was an excellent guide and despite the awful weather did a really good job and keeping the energy and vibes high. it is a long day but you can see so much of ninh binh and learn a lot about the history too

Really great experience including the boat cruise, the visit to the Temple and the visit to the ancient capital. Very nice lunch and very professional and friendly guide.

The tour guide was extremely pleasant, got to know each of the travelers which was very personal and appreciated. He was quite knowledgeable and clear in his information and instructions.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Highly recommend this excursion to anyone coming to Hanoi. Here were the highlights / some things to know: - We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel. That made picking this trip a no brainer and took the stress out of our day. - We met our tour guide, Tu, on the bus, which had AC and charging ports. We rode with other people on the tour, about 20 people. - We were given two complimentary bottled waters (one at the beginning and one before the hike). - We drove about two hours to Ninh Binh, which included a stop halfway through to use the bathroom. - When we arrived to Ninh Binh, we were given the option to bike to the temple or take the bus. My partner and I rode the bikes, which was such a cool experience and a very short ride. - Every activity we did — the Temple, Boat ride and the final hike — was well organized, had such beautiful scenery and was incredibly peaceful. All of these activities are included in the cost. (also for those worried about the hike, the steps are steep but took no more than 15 minutes to climb to the top!) - The lunch was a huge buffet that had a ton of options and very tasty food. This was also included in the cost. - Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to our tour guide, Tu. From the very beginning, he was kind, enthusiastic and knowledgable. He also made an effort to get to know the members of the group. Would not have been the same without him!

We booked on GYG with the Trang An option. The meeting point was changed the night before, but otherwise everything went very well! Our guide Tu was very nice and interesting, the proposed activities were really interesting and adapted to physical condition, and all with break times. The meal was simple but very varied and decent, and the value for money was unbeatable. Furthermore, our group was very pleasant. If I had to do it again, I would do it without hesitation!

it was a PERFECT tour, Nice placeces, beautiful landscape, perfect organization. Our guide, Alex, is really good at his job! He told us a lot of things, he speaks a really good english and he is very careful and kind. he was very clever in the organization of the trip, so we managed to avoid the rain at Trang An. Last but not least, Alex is a talented photographer so we have great photos from Ninh Bin! We took a private tour by car. We had a nice new car and an excellent driver. Mr Tom, from the agency contacted us 3-4 days before the trip to assure that everything will go well. They offered us options for the trip and options for the food. Thank you so much

Guide was knowledge, courteous and well spoken. He added humor when need. I would suggest more time to complete the climb as the gardens are very nice and we didn't have a chance to see
