The experience was as a family, it is 100% recommended and safe. My 7 and 4-year-old children enjoyed it to the fullest and were left with a beautiful experience since it was their first time snorkeling; we happened to see a manta ray and a turtle. The treatment from the guides was cordial and respectful. The package includes the photos and you take home a nice souvenir.

The experience was incredible. My children and I really enjoyed discovering the sea while snorkeling. Our guides Ernesto and Tairi are incredible and super friendly. We recommend the experience 10/10.

The tour is cheap for everything you see: variety of corals, fish of many colors and even the luck of seeing a manta ray, the beach was not in its best condition due to the sargassum but the tour made it totally worth the visit, those who gave us the tour were kind and taking care of everyone at all times, it is appreciated.
¡Qué alegría que vieron de todo! Corales, peces de colores y hasta rayas , ¡qué suertudos! Esas sorpresas del arrecife son las que hacen cada tour diferente. Y tienes toda la razón con lo del sargazo, a veces la playa no está en su mejor día y se agradece que lo menciones. Justo por eso nuestro tour es el plan perfecto, porque a unos minutos de la costa el arrecife está limpio, lleno de vida y hace que la visita a Mahahual valga 100% la pena. We purchased this excursion on our own instead of through the ship. We had to take a taxi to the meeting point/dock, which wasn’t bad. We rode the boat out to our snorkeling point for about 10 minutes, which was very pretty. We were in the water for about 30 minutes with the crew taking lots of pictures on the GoPro, which I was so grateful for! You have to have download WhatsApp to get them, but it was easy. All in all, this was a great experience!! :)

We had a great time as a family on this snorkeling experience. The guides were so friendly and helpful and took many pictures that they sent to us. We got an email right before the excursion that the location had changed, which felt a little sketchy but turned out OK. The taxi drivers were all confused by the address sent to us but we made it. They brought us to a little beach club to wait for the tour, which did feel like it was a coordinated effort between the club and the tour operator and we ended up spending a lot more money on lunch and drinks after we were escorted to a table to "wait" for our tour. Overall, the snorkeling and experience were great and would recommend.

Beautiful guided snorkeling outing conducted this morning. Very pleasant and helpful guides. Loan of life jackets, mask, snorkel, and fins, all in very good condition. The best part is the photos taken and sent afterwards. I highly recommend it. 😍

Baltazar and Manuel did a great job taking us out to the reef to see lots of fish! Bonus, they took tons of pictures of us from the boat and underwater to capture our adventure and sent us the pictures for free!

This was a fun experience with great guides but we just didn’t see a lot in the water. But it was still fun.
